    I had an appointment for between 8 am and 1 pm I’m home waiting and they canceled my appointment without even having the courtesy of a phone call or a text. I called them about 20 times and no one answered the phone. I called somewhere else and they sent an email to the supervisor of this location and asked her to call me and nothing! Apparently they had more important things to do. Very unprofessional I am highly disappointed with this location. I will never do business again with this location. Needless to say now I have to travel back to Louisiana with a broken windshield Thank you

    I would NEVER suggest Safelite to ANYONE!!!!! I had an appointment scheduled, for them to come to me. I picked the 8am-1pm time slot.....took off work too because I really needed to get this done. I waited 8am- 1pm (5 HOURS!!!) & nobody texted/called/or emailed me anything about an ETA!!! I called customer service about 1:05pm asking about my technician that hadn't shown up yet. While I was on the phone with them the technician called me (about 1:10pm) wanting to reschedule my windshield replacement for another day!?!?!? I asked him why he wasn't able to come today & how come I didn't hear anything from him sooner, but he couldn't give me an answer. Needless to say, I was NOT HAPPY!!! I ended up calling my insurance & setting up an appointment with a completely different company. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST SAFELITE TO ANYONE!!!!!! Absolutely terrible company that clearly doesn't care about their customers!!! There ARE other windshield replacement companies that will come to you....and ON TIME!!!

    Technician came to replace my windshield and damaged the paint on my A pillar. It’s been almost 2 months waiting to see how they’re going to fix the paint on my car. This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with when it comes to getting something fixed that they damaged. I’ve spoken to the local branch manager Shawntez multiple times and keep getting the same “I’ll call you back tomorrow I’m trying to get ahold of my mobile paint guy” excuse. It’s been almost 2 months I’m going to have to go legal if this does not get resolved. Steer clear of safelite.

    Due to the lack of response from the leadership, I feel compelled to leave this review of the most unbelievably poor service. 1 Star is too high but required to leave this response. Saturday marked my third consecutive visit, each resulting in me being sent home without repair—this time accompanied by a notice that the cost would increase by an additional $900. To outline the situation clearly: My first appointment was canceled by your scheduler without any notification. I had already taken time off work to accommodate this appointment and was not informed until after I arrived. There was no apology or concern from your front desk. During my second visit, I dropped off my vehicle and took an Uber home, only to receive a call later informing me that the incorrect glass had been ordered. I then had to take another Uber back to retrieve my car. I live approximately 30 minutes away, and at no point was an apology offered from the desk team once again. Today, I woke at 5:30 a.m. to make the earliest available appointment, only to be told upon arrival that they again had the wrong glass and there are two pricing tiers. The correct option for my vehicle would cost an additional $900 above the original quote—again, with no acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience from the desk team. The glass technician I spoke with today, however, was professional and apologetic. He also informed me that mobile service to my home is in fact possible, which directly contradicts what I was told when I originally scheduled my appointment. At this point, the repeated errors, lack of communication, and complete absence of accountability feel unacceptable. I expect better coordination and transparency from your organization. I will not make a 4th appointment.

    My appointment for a windshield replacement for my vehicle was set for 11:00am. Car was dropped off promptly at 11:00am, and according to text messages, service for the windshield began at 12:40pm. Service finished at 1:45pm so I got back to the shop around 2:20pm just for them to tell me the 3 hours of recalibration was not completed yet. I decided to go wait at home for the phone call and a phone call never came. It's now 5:00pm and the shop is closed, I received NO information about my vehicle whatsoever and they are closed tomorrow (Sunday). This is absolutely insane to not even communicate that more time was necessary or required as now I have to figure out when to get my vehicle a whole two days after it's been dropped off. This does not make me feel secure to know my car will be sitting there over the course of two nights and two days, and I won't be recommended ANYONE to drop their vehicle off here along with my insurance company.
