  I'm writing this more as a warning to future customers. I had a rock crack my windshield on I-4 and went through insurance/Safelite to try to get it repaired. The process was simple enough and scheduled a appointment for the following day. When the tech got to my car he said it was going to be 50/50 on if he could save it. At this time crack was about a half of a inch with slight spidering. He was nice and had a conversation where I told him I was using insurance to try to fix the chip (since it was completely covered) but if it was to run I was just going to take it to the dealer since they were $300 cheaper then Safelite's price. So he goes to start and before he can even get to the resin he places the suction cup and the crack run to 3 inches. So he stops and tell me I need a new windshield. Now this part is where I have my issues. The tech then tells me that I have to pay (even though my insurance is completely covering it) and "not to worry, since it will be refunded if I go to take it to the dealer and not use Safelite" so I say great pay the tab and call the manager numbers he gave me to start the refund. They then completely deny my refund. They say that I can't get a refund but I can roll the payment towards my new windshield. So I tell her what the tech told me (also tech later calls me and flat out lies and says I never told him that a few hours after this) but the manager refuses and claims I still have to pay them for the repair. So I counter and say what repair? He came out put a suction cup on my windshield and said I can't repair it. I even offered to pay for drive time but it seems silly to pay nearly a hundred dollars for a guy to come out and say I need a new windshield. The store manager still refuses to compromise. So I take all the info and documentation to my insurance and they I'm so sorry and refund me for the bill I got extorted for from me at this location. If my insurance can look at the facts and literally go yeah they are wrong and pay me as a sorry for having to deal with them... that is PRETTY telling.

  We had Safelite come to our house to replace and recalibrate our windshield. Making the appointment was extremely easy and they had the windshield we needed in stock for a next day replacement. Safelite and our technician, Brian, communicated very well and were always professional. Great value and convenient.

  I waited 6 hours to have my windshield replaced and when I asked what was taking so long the response was that their equipment wasn’t working properly for my kind of vehicle. They didn’t let me know in advance or have any sense of urgency and they kept smiling and laughing as if they were happy to be causing me a hard time. Sebastian is the name of one worker “helping” me but he was zero help, was super rude and didn’t care at all. Terrible customer service. I’ll never come back here and I’ll let everyone know how crappy this place is. 0/0 ON TOP OF ALL THAT. After going home I noticed they didn’t even replace my windshield properly. The glass is sticking out and chipped. I am so upset. This is being reported to my insurance.

  Literally the easiest and most professional service I have received on my car. I honestly will never have a worry if something happens to my windshield in the future knowing that's how easy it was to correct

  Tenía una cita programada específicamente en esta ubicación para las 4:00 p. m. Llegué a las 3:35 p. m., me registré e informé que esperaría unos minutos en mi vehículo mientras estudiaba. A las 3:50 p. m. entré a la sala de espera. Durante ese tiempo, vi llegar a tres clientes con cita que fueron atendidos prácticamente de inmediato. Esperé hasta las 4:15 p. m. sin recibir ninguna actualización sobre mi cita ni explicación por la demora. Finalmente, me levanté, informé que no podía seguir esperando y me retiré. Entiendo que pueden surgir retrasos, pero considero que lo mínimo es informar al cliente, especialmente cuando tiene una cita programada. Mi tiempo también es valioso y organicé mi día para estar allí puntualmente. Ahora necesito reprogramar el servicio, pero definitivamente solicitaré que sea en otra ubicación y no en la tienda de 604 E. Osceola Parkway. Espero que mejoren la comunicación y el manejo de las citas para evitar que otros clientes tengan la misma experiencia.
