  My experience at the actual appointment with the technicians was AMAZING.. Their attitude was great, and they went out their way from start to finish, including unexpected cleaning of both the inside and outside of the car. Thank you to both of the technicians!!

  I had to make the appointment 3 times. First time there was no acknowledgement of appointment, second time I was told that, even though the appointment was allowed to be made on the website, appointment was made too close to the date of service, third time was the charm. Technician was very professional. Were it not for the appointment screw-up, I would have given 5 stars.

  The process is very simple especially with insurance. First an employee arrived to my location to fix a small crack on the window but he damaged the window even more. I understand this was a possibility so it's okay. I just went to the location to change the windshield completely. The process took around two and a half hours. The waiting room is not that good especially if you want to use a computer but in general the experience was good. The job was done and that's what matters

  Carlos’s, the Safelite technician did an outstanding job replacing my windshield and recalculating the camera sensory system. The work was completed professionally and efficiently, and the technician took the time to ensure everything was done correctly. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and explained the process clearly. I highly recommend Safelite for their exceptional service and attention to detail. Thank you for a job well done!

  The technician who replaced my windshield was respectfully, knowledgeable and efficient. My problem is with the job not being completed due to “the calibration machine not being available”. I was told that there would be a technician available the next day or two. When I scheduled for a technician to come out again, I was notified it would be about a week to have the calibration completed. I was on vacation and did not have a week to wait. It was not until after I emailed a complaint about incomplete service and the dangers of driving with a car that did not have a calibrated windshield that I was able to get a next day appoint. The issue with that was I had to bring my car into a safelite shop. They wouldn’t send a technician out to me. Even tho that is what I paid in full for. So, while on vacation I had to leave my family and drive 30 minutes to their location and for 2 hours wait for someone to calibrate my car.
