  Walked in this racetrack& Let me tell u how the two employees were just sitting there having a nice conversation when the pizza & burgers were expired since 2pm and it’s now 3:45pm why do you guys allow this from these employees they do not care about us at all and let me tell u another thing the bathroom were disgusting never again will I enter this location ewwww

  I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of a staff member at this location. There is an employee here—a bald man (DANNY) who consistently treats customers with absolute rudeness and acts as if he owns the property. More concerningly, he has been seen taking photos of customers' license plates without permission. This is a massive violation of privacy and completely unacceptable behavior for anyone representing RaceTrac. I used to visit this location every single day, but due to this employee's toxic attitude and invasive actions, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Management needs to address this immediately On multiple occasions, this individual has been seen taking unauthorized photographs of customers' license plates in the parking lot. This is not only incredibly bizarre, but it is also a massive invasion of privacy and a blatant boundary violation. Customers should feel safe and respected when visiting a business, not subjected to intimidation or surveillance by the staff. ​His hostile attitude and invasive actions have completely compromised the safety and welcoming environment that a corporate brand like RaceTrac is supposed to represent. Due to this specific employee's liability-inducing behavior, I will no longer be spending my money at this location. I strongly urge corporate management to review the security footage, investigate this individual's conduct, and take immediate corrective action. This is a severe failure in staff oversight. Furthermore, another employee named Malik is exceptionally malicious and combative in his interactions with customers. The hostility he displays goes far beyond standard poor customer service; he actively creates an uncomfortable, intimidating, and unwelcoming atmosphere. ​Customers should feel safe and respected when visiting a business, not subjected to intimidation, surveillance, or malice from the staff. Because of the toxic and liability-inducing behavior of both of these employees, I will no longer be spending my money at this location—a place I used to visit every single day. ​I strongly urge corporate management to review security footage, thoroughly investigate the conduct of both Malik and Danny, and take immediate corrective action. This situation represents a severe failure in staff oversight that needs to be addressed before it escalates further. We will take this matter further, our community dont deserve this.

  I am consistently impressed by the standards at this RaceTrac location. Every time I visit, the store is immaculately clean—it’s common to see the team actively mopping or buffing the floors, which really shows they take pride in the facility. The staff is the definition of professional. They are always ready to help and can clearly explain the latest deals and pricing without any hassle. When it comes to the food, it’s easily some of the best "on-the-go" options in the area. The selection is always hot, fresh, and ready; you never have to worry about getting something that tastes stale or has been sitting out too long. To top it off, the bathrooms are consistently clean, which is a huge plus. Whether you’re stopping for fuel, a quick snack, or a full meal, this is definitely one of the best-run gas stations in Kissimmee. Highly recommended!
