  Excellent customer service! The day before had some major issues with my rear. Had one tire change turn into a full alignment! Very much needed as I’ve been holding it back for some time and it’s been eating at my tires. Phil helped me out tremendously!

  Philip and the team here at Mavis were still able to provide my vehicle and I with quality service and pricing despite their system being down. Easy to work with and will definitely come back again!

  Drove to Florida from NY. Brand new car with 2500 miles. Picked up a screw along the way. We had purchased the tire and wheel pkg. from Toyota. Took it to Toyota of Orlando and got jerked around. I called the manager from NY and he told me to get it taken care of and he will reimburse me. I went to Mavis and Phillip was the employee . I explained everything and was taken care of immediately. They could not have been more helpful. He had to order the tire and it was done by the next day. I can’t say enough good about them. Mind you we are out of state so who know what another place could have done. 10 stars Phillip!!!!!!

  Absolutely amazing experience, running late to work and the valve stem went bad and tire went flat. Swapped to my spare and went straight to Mavis. The great team here at Mavis got me in quick despite being busy and repaired the valve stem and got me back on the road ASAP. The professionalism and friendliness of Mr. Andrew and Mr. Phillip is what everyone in customer service should strive for. Thank you again yall, appreciate all you do!

  I am new to the area and needed my front brakes replaced (bad). Phillip from the first phone call was awesome (kind, respectful, helpful). I know that this type of job is a "sales" job, but I do not feel I was pressured into buying additional services and they offered their online discounts. I had estimates from others on the strip here and their price was the lowest. I will be back for additional work. The location was clean and everyone was upbeat and positive, that vibe really helped. Also, they were quick... Thank you guys for helping me out. Shout out to: Phil, Pedro, Andrew, & Jose.
