  Excelente servicio. Vine a realizar la alineación de mi auto y la experiencia fue muy profesional de principio a fin. Jose me atendió de manera muy amable, explicó claramente el trabajo que se iba a realizar y respondió todas mis preguntas con mucha paciencia.

  During a road trip towing our boat we got a flat tire on the boat trailer. Changed the spare on the highway and found this shop on googlge maps. Called to verify they had the tire size in stock, they did. Asked to reserve 2 and they made us an appointment for 11am. Arrived at 10:45 and they were very busy but got us out and back on the road in about 40 minutes. Excellent service, friendly technicians and staff. Very clean shop and waiting area. Highly recommend them.

  Philip and Jose came through for me today on Mother’s Day and they were so kind and nice and quick to help me out with some new front tires .! So glad to have came into this shop today they really lifted my spirits on this special holiday. Highly recommend asking for these two guys when you arrive because they are awesome.! Happy Mother’s Day to all .!

  Terrible servive - not trusting. Took my vehicle to get aligned and I informed them first to see if they can due the alignment first because I have a custom car trim kit - well they took my car and around 15 minutes later returned saying that they couldn’t do it due to the car trimming kit- I left - -When I got home, I noticed that on the driver side the trim was broken seems from car lift and broke by custom kit - novice people who could not even be truthful in the damages they caused my car.

  I think Phil is a wonderful service advisor but Jose may need a break or something because he has a snippy attitude, not with I. But with Phil, Which I think is inappropriate and disgusting especially if you are supposed to be a manager. At the end of the day I do not believe any manager/human should speak to another employee rudely especially if he is working under you. There was no rush. No customers complaining. The computers were down except for 1 computer which he was using to order a tire and why Phil couldn’t use the computer to check us in. Phil was being polite and even attempted to see if the other computers were working and asking Jose what to do if the computer aren’t working. Phil was rude and dismissive of Jose basically just saying “Talk to them & ask them what’s wrong” in a aggressive manner He said that right in-front of my husband and I and another customer. When Jose took us he made it aware he wasn’t able to pull up any information (like my husband & I just didn’t see/hear Phil being dismissive to Jose concerns) So I told Jose “no worries I have a manager with his same disgusting attitude & mannerism “ Jose looked honestly relieved I said something . Now I understand everyone gets overwhelmed with work which is why I didn’t go off on Phil but honestly I hope he does some self reflection because we are all people trying to make a living. There is no reason to be snippy, rude or dismissive to your employee especially in front of your customers. I hope tomorrow Jose wakes up in a better mood or talks to a therapist to get whatever is bothering him. Overall I appreciate Phil for taking care of my car & fixing my tire. I will continue coming to get my car looked at I will just be sure to stay out of Phil’s way or send my husband.
