  I had a great experience getting my 2017 Audi A4 serviced today. Julien was very professional, helpful, and got everything taken care of quickly. I also appreciated that I didn’t have to wait too long. Overall, the service was smooth and easy, and I really appreciate his help!

  One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an oil change establishment. I came in a few weeks ago looking to get change my oil because I had an upcoming trip. I was met with the manager(I don’t recall his name) who was attentive, kind, patient during my service. He made sure to let me know there was something that would need my attention in the future. He even cleaned my windshield. Filled out my tires correctly; apparently one of my tires was overfilled and he fixed it! I’m so thankful for that experience and will recommend anyone who will listen.

  What initially drew me to this location was the near perfect 4.9 star rating with 2,800+ reviews. I truly believed I had found the perfect location. Unfortunately what I was left with was a pricey repair bill to pay for the negligence of the mechanic. I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Nothing complicated. Within 24hrs of the service I noticed the brakes on my vehicle (4 years old with <40k miles & driving perfectly before) was scraping loudly. It sounded like metal on metal contact and a piercing screech. So I took it back to the same place to get the brakes inspected and they gave me this whole story how the caliper in the vehicle is locked up and broken and I need to get the whole brake assembly (brake pads, calipers, etc) replaced. They stripped the entire vehicle and said the car was undriveable and for safety reasons it had to stay in the shop for a week until they order new parts. Basically holding the vehicle hostage. And refused to put it back together when they quoted me $2,800 and I wanted to get a 2nd opinion on it. Long story short I ended up towing it to the dealership and the dealership said there’s nothing wrong with the caliper. That these ppl are dummies who don’t know how to properly remove/“unlock” the caliper since it’s an electronic caliper that needs a code to be removed and instead of doing it the right way they instead broke it off (yes, the dealership said that). Either way I’d have to get new ones for the negligence this shop caused. Oh, and get this, the dealership quoted me $1,000 less than this place. Crazy right? The dealership saving me money & being the cheaper option. If you’re coming here for just an oil change I’d say it’s fine. But I wouldn’t trust them with any actual mechanical work on tires. It’s frankly ridiculous and embarrassing that your mechanic screwed up a simple tire rotation so badly and to top it off broke off the caliper that it cost me almost 2 grand.
