  I just love Express Oil Change! I got brand new tires in Atlanta. I had to come to Florida to bring my daughter to the Disney Summer Program. My tire was flat this morning and I didn’t understand why. I called Torrey in Atlanta and he directed me to the Express Oil Change on W Osceola Pkwy in Kissimmee. I called and Ms. Margarite, the manager, she answered the phone. I told her my situation and she said come and we will take care of you. So I did! They welcome me in with great customer service and they found the problem. They fixed it and now I’m back on the road. Ms. Margarite and her team is the best in Florida! I will recommend them to everyone who live in Florida! Thank you Ms. Margarite for your customer service and for taking care of my car.. I will be back if I’m in Florida!

  This place is awesome. First time here but they were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Dana and Jesus helped me out. Extremely quick service and a very fair price for oil change. I will definitely return. Other places you pull in like Valvoline tend to be awful in my opinion, very pushy and rude. But this one is great.

  I have recommended this place to all my friends for oil changes and they have all reported back the same level of satisfaction in this location's quickness and professionalism. I also took my car here to get its A/C fixed, and everyone took the problem seriously, communicated well, and fixed the problem.

  The service was fast, professional, and smooth from beginning to end. Miguel especially stood out — he took care of me from start to finish, answered all my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quick service, professionalism, and people who genuinely care about their customers.

  Dana was such a pleasure! I had a rough experience with the last oil change location I went to where they took 45 mins so Dana promised me that I wouldn’t have that experience here! Everyone was quick and efficient. They even goofed off with my kids a little and offered them lollipops! I was in good hands here, and I’d definitely come back. Thank you guys!
