  Just bout my car about 4 month ago and it was time for my first oil change. Shopped around and found express oil. Wanted to just pop in and make appointment wasn’t even past my car and Margarita was already walking towards me with the biggest smile. It was like a long lost family member greeting me. She was great even got me in that same day. We talked as if we had been friends for a life time. Hector was my technician he walked me through everything showed me. My oil told me what he was doing, and he was very professional. He was really good at doing his job and he helped guide me through everything. I highly recommend this location because not only do they treat you as family and you’re not just another customer but they were hospitable and I really enjoyed the interaction.

  Hector provided excellent service and made my oil change experience quick and easy. He was professional, friendly, and took great care of my vehicle. I appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend him!

  Margarita and Hector were WONDERFUL to encounter. They both had smiles on their faces even though it was blazing hot outside! They even cleaned the sticker goo from the previous oil change sticker to put the new one on.

  Ok everyone here was so nice Margarita and everyone! They didn’t feel comfortable to use a gun tool on my car because the drip plates were too tight but it’s crazy they were that honest and had the best interest of the car in mind. If I would’ve gone to another place I would been in a tricky mess. These guys saved me so much time and money by checking oil level and being transparent

  I had a great experience at Express Oil Change with Dana! I was able to drive right in, and the entire process was smooth, easy, and quick. Dana was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He took the time to explain everything, offered to check all of my vehicle's fluids and systems, and provided helpful information about maintaining my car. What really stood out was that he recommended stopping by halfway between oil changes for a complimentary check-in to make sure everything is still running well and that my oil level and condition are good. He even shared coupon codes to help save money on future visits, which I really appreciated. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Dana was kind, informative, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood what my vehicle needed. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend Express Oil Change. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you again to the team at Express Oil Change and Tires!
