  If i could give zero stars I would. I was going here because of a car crash that I was NOT at fault in to get a rental car while my car was in the shop. I started this process around 8:40 am. everything was going smoothly until the assistant manager told me i could not get a rental car because my insurance didn’t cover it. Which made no sense because the other drivers insurance was covering the rental vehicle and the liability. So Rex then told me to call and pay for comp and collision on my insurance to get the rental car, which i did. I went back and he then told me my insurance does not cover rentals so i could not get the car. After that he asked me to call my adjuster and ask for some kind of damage waiver instead. Which i did and got the waiver. After about 3 hours of back and forth and many phone calls he still told me that i can not get the rental because i was under 21. I did not know that because I’m under 21 that means that i don’t deserve the benefits that I’m owed from this car accident that i did not ask for. I ended up being late to work with no rental and my original vehicle not in the shop anymore. This is extremely inconvenient and frustrating because i have school and work and cannot be without a vehicle which i explained to Rex. I did everything that was asked of me and my time was completely wasted and disregarded.

  ⭐️ 1 estrella I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I rented a vehicle in Wesley Chapel that had multiple problems. I contacted Customer Service to explain the situation, and I was specifically told that the Enterprise location in Kissimmee had enough inventory to exchange the vehicle and that they opened at 12:00 PM. I explained that I could be there at that time, and I was assured that I would be able to exchange the vehicle. When I arrived at the Kissimmee location, the experience was completely different. As soon as I explained to the front desk employee that I needed to exchange the vehicle, I was immediately given a very negative attitude and told that they could not exchange the vehicle there and that I had to go to Orlando International Airport instead. I asked the employee to simply look up my reservation and review the notes from Customer Service, but I was told that they could not do that. I honestly don’t understand how a national corporation like Enterprise can have such poor communication between Customer Service and its local branches. If Customer Service gives a customer specific instructions and guarantees that a location can assist them, the local branch should be prepared to honor that information—or at the very least, make an effort to verify the situation before dismissing the customer. The attitude and lack of willingness to help at this particular location made an already frustrating situation much worse. Very disappointing customer service experience.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise! Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and made the rental process very easy and stress-free. I especially appreciated how well I was taken care of throughout the entire experience. I was given an Audi A5 as my rental, which was such a nice surprise and made an already stressful situation with my own car a lot more enjoyable. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. I unfortunately don’t remember the name of the person who helped me, but they were extremely helpful, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciated the customer service and would definitely rent from Enterprise again!

  I experience the most enfuriating experience. Called this location for a rental after a car accident and spoke over the phone several times with Rax Vazquez. First suposdly they have no cars and no pick up service. He knew I’ll took an uber. I called before arrival to confirm and when arrived informed me payment has to be only with a physical credit card. I called and ask questions and he knew and don’t advise. I get here and have to take another uber back home ($38) more or twice and no car. He said happens all the time so why not tell customers in advance. Now days everything is digital and Apple Pay everywhere but not here. If that happens often a little notice in advance specially after calling so many times for information doesn’t hurt anyone. Very poor customer service and playing with people time.

  Enterprise authorized me to get an exchange when the rental I had, had a slow leak in a tire. The service desk sent me to this location which was 24 minutes from my hotel in Orlando. When I arrived at this location I was told they had no vehicles and that I could "drive to the airport if you like, their fleet is much bigger and they'll have something for you". Otherwise I could drive to a nearby Pepboys to get the tire fixed at their expense. I guess them calling around seeing which other nearby Enterprise locations that would have an exchange for me was not an option for them. The nearby pepboys was actually not "down the street" but 1.5 miles away where I waited for 3 hours for them to replace a single tire on the car completely missing my entire 1 day pass I paid for at Disney. I did try calling this location before I showed up asking for the exchange and I was put on hold for 9 and half minutes before I hung up and drove there.
