  Always a long wait time when I come here. Last time I was here, 2 employees helped someone before me, even through I was in line first. 2nd time system is down. A bunch of employees walking around and only one working front desk and answering phones. Never get the car you reserved. Last time here.

  Kissimmee location very clean, staff super friendly and even though the office was packed with customers the staff move quickly and efficiently through the customers so at no time did I feel as though I would be there all day. Car was very clean inside and out. I needed to call to extend my rental a couple days and the calls were picked up immediately and I was moving in with my day without skipping a beat. Thank you for the great experience!

  I reserved a car online for noon pickup. There were NO cars available and many people were waiting for returns or loans from other stores. Don't allow someone to reserve a car you don't have! Erika and Josh went above and beyond but they had no control over the shortage of vehicles and recalls that took some out of service.

  Very unprofessional. I always clean out my rentals before returning them & as i was vacuuming i had put my glasses in the overhead glasses compartment & when i dropped off the vehicle forgot to grab them back out. I called a few hours later, after waiting forever to get ahold of someone a lady answered & said she was going to check because the car might have been rented out already (mind you it hasnt even been 4 hours yet since drop off) she never came back to the phone, nor did she call us back with an answer. The following day after trying again they say they didn’t find glasses in the car. Either way they either didn’t properly check the vehicle & clean it thoroughly before renting to the next person, or AN EMPLOYEE TOOK THEM .
