Being new to the world of RVing, my wife and I stopped at Camping World - Kissimmee with our ACs not working. A great young man, 'J.T.', went straight to the breakers on the generator, flipped it, and instructed us on how to keep that from happening again. It was 87 degrees that day and the next few days, so, we consider him our two cats' HERO. They were able to live in a cool motorhome while we were at conferences. Thank you, JT and thank you Camping World!

So the thing with camping worlds being everywhere is that they are meant to be convenient for people living the RV life. This one says they are open from 11 to 5 on Sundays, but won't do an oil changes or quick work per the management according to the nice young man I spoke with when trying to schedule an o change on my way through the area. If youre only open a half a day and you aren't taking quick, ez, oil change work, don't tell the public you're open. Who would be bringing the rv in on Sunday when hours are shortened for a big time consuming job? This policy seems more like managers or employees wanting to get paid to do nothing on Sundays. Just close your shop up like chik-fil-a, don't tell people you are open but not accepting pre-scheduled work or stop-ins......

They said they could fix my pop up and would speak to a mechanic about time/cost estimate and get back to me. Unfortunately, I never hear from them again, despite me reaching out again to check after a few days. Maybe they weren't willing to do the fix or give a quote, but at least give me the courtesy of telling me that rather than ignoring me after saying you could.
