  A few days ago we were in dire need of a toilet seems how are 1 and only toilet broke.. so we decided to go to camping world because we needed something than and there instead of ordering on Amazon and waiting a few days for it.. anyways we were looking at toilets and figuring out what we could afford on our budget and my fiance went up to the register to ask for assistance and once the cashier was finished with checking the customer out. Laurence the sales manager i do believe he was found us a toilet was 414 dollars and we walked out with it for 185 dollars.. it was all porcelain only problem I have with it is it's a low profile toilet but under the circumstances it was perfect.. just want to say Laurence went beyond his means to get us a toilet we could use.. thank you very much sir.. so you are ever in the store ask for Laurence if hes not busy..

  Very nice and helpful people I would highly recommend the great folks in Kissimmee they are so nice and knowledgeable especially Jason very informative salesman and Gm Tyler and the guy for the tour and teaching of what to do and not do with the camper very thorough and didn’t mind making us feel very comfortable with being first time buyers ! Thanks to everyone at Camping world for all of your help ! Hannah & Brit from Georgia !!

  I purchased 3 RVs from this company at the same time in April, so I expected a much higher level of customer service. Unfortunately, one of the RVs came with a bad converter, a non-working A/C, and a radio that didn’t work. Since the unit was used, I understood that I had to wait about a month for the extended warranty to take effect, and I was willing to be patient. However, once that time passed, the service has been extremely frustrating. Weeks have gone by with little to no proper communication from the service representative, Noel. Every time I call, there seems to be another excuse, but still no real resolution. I eventually had to pay to have the converter fixed myself because I couldn't keep waiting. At this point, the entire situation has become a joke. I bought three RVs at once, yet I can't even get one of them properly serviced or get a clear answer about when the issues will be resolved. Do yourself a favor and think twice before buying here. The sales process may be fine, but once you have a problem, don't expect the same level of attention. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. DO NOT BUY HERE!

  Today is July 30th I went to Kissimmee location today to do a return on a distribution box that I bought yesterday for my 18k furrion AC this distribution box was the wrong one. Thanks too. Cocoa Beach camping world, who gave me the wrong information pertaining my furrion Ac, they told me that Ocala was the only store who had the distribution box for my specific 18k furrion AC unit so I drove 2 hours away I live in St. Cloud Florida. And the distribution box that I bought was the wrong one. I went to install this unit and it had the wrong connections. And was for a different unit.. so I went to Kissimmee location camping world and from the moment I walked in this young lady named Brenda was nice kind and very helpful she brought me to Jim and her and Jim went above and Beyond in helping me with my return and finding the correct part to where they called the manufacturer to verify that the new distribution box that I was purchasing was in fact for the 18k furrion AC unit that I bought from this location. we need more people who help their customers find the correct parts thank you, Brenda and Jim for your hospitality and your expertise and helping me with my refund and finding the correct part for my AC unit we need more people who are willing to go above and beyond to help people I’ll be back to this location and I recommend this location to all..

  My family walked into Camping World looking for a camper because we had recently moved across state lines and, after dealing with one unfortunate apartment situation after another, we decided it was time for a different path. From the moment we arrived, we had an excellent experience. We were greeted by the front desk staff, who promptly connected us with our sales representative, Gavin. I have to say, I was extremely impressed with how attentive he was to our wants and needs. He took the time to show us several different units in various sizes that fit within our budget, answered all of our questions, and never once made us feel pressured or rushed into making a purchase. We ended up finding an amazing travel trailer with better features and more storage space than most places we've rented in the past. The entire purchasing process was smooth, straightforward, and much less stressful than we expected. What really stood out was how genuinely kind and caring everyone was. While we were signing the paperwork, the team helped keep our daughter entertained and looked after her, which allowed us to focus without worrying. That small gesture meant so much to us and made us feel like we were already part of the Camping World family. I also had a wonderful conversation with Manager Mayra while we were completing the paperwork. She was warm, personable, and made us feel welcomed throughout the process. We couldn't be happier with our new home and the outstanding service we received. A huge thank you to the entire team, especially Gavin and Mayra, for making what could have been a stressful experience into such a positive one. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for your customers made all the difference. We truly appreciate everything you did for our family!
