  I came to find a screw that's missing in the lock of my car's back door and I know nothing about screws. Hence why I go to a shop full of experts on parts, to get assistance in finding it. Andrea asked me what can I do for you, in a dry tone, almost as if she's annoyed Im there. I explain to her what I need and she replies with "uff you're gonna have to look there where all the screws are. Aisle 7 (or something like that), and there I am standing confused on why can't she come and assist me find the right size (I had an example of what I needed with me). There were no other costumers in sight so I don't understand why she's acting like Im bothering her. As Im walking thru the hall she says rudely "I said it's on the left side", and continues using the computer on the cashier. I really wanted to leave the store and find some other shop where someone was genuinely willing to help me and act professionally, but I was in desperate need of replacing those screws or my back door could just pop open while driving. So I stayed and did my own research with no idea of what I was doing. What felt like an eternity later I found what seemed like a match for my screw. Seems like Andrea doesn't like her job very much and she takes it out on costumers. Some of us know nothing about cars and we need proper assistance. Not coming back after being treated like that.

  Worse autozone to go to rude employee named Nester. Went to use my mothers commercial account and was questioned on whether it was my account which I understand but then threatened to call the number on account. I told him to call and he called and my mom responded. Nester took his time he grabbing the parts I needed when he came back he threw them on the counter. The packing was broken and opened and on top of that the parts in the package were literally used parts. I asked for another store that might have them in stock and he responded Orlando. As if there weren’t how many stores in Orlando. I will be contacting the district manager.
