  Last week on Sunday, I went to AutoZone and purchased an alternator. Naty took care of me. I wasn't feeling well but Naty made my experience better. She got me a chair and made me comfortable. She didn't rush me and truly took her time and made sure, I was ok. Her customer service and excellence went above and beyond. We need more people like Naty her compassion and customer service is a 5 ⭐.

  I would avoid this store if you value your time & are a female! I went in today for a simple engine light read, waited in line for over 15 mins, waited my turn, Matteo then called me over to help, i told him what i needed so he went to go look for the reader, a customer who was already being helped by a female associate, called the only male employee, Matteo because clearly the females dont know what theyre doing. Matteo then stopped helping me to attend to the male customer, as if my time wasnt as value … i was annoyed but understanding so i waited, he turned to me and asked me to wait outside as he would help this man and be right out to help me. I went outside in 103 degreee weather to wait. I waited over 10 mins outside, sweating, so i came back inside to see what was the hold up. To my surprise, Matteo decided that being a female, my time wasnt as important as the men waiting in line AFTER me. He was helping the customers that came after me while having me wait in the heat. I honestly think it was because i was a girl and alone. Had i been a man, he would of never treated me like that. On top of the disrespect, when i asked him “are you going to help me? Ive been waiting outside this whole time” … instead of being apologetic he tells me “i cant find the reader so ill help you when i find the reader” to which i responded “but youre not looking for the reader, youre helping the next person like my time means nothing. You could of told me you can’t do it instead of lying to me and having me wait outside in the heat for nothing.” He then replies “then you can go somewhere else.” I asked for his name and the store manager’s number, which i got. Then when i called matteo recognized my voice & would be on hold for over 10 mins, in hopes i would give up & hung up. I called over 4 times for a store manager to then be told the manager is not in and will get back to me. I have left a compliant with the district manager & the regional manager as well. Working in customer service, myself, i was appalled on how this “man” treated me.. Autozone do better!! I have yet to hear back from anyone!

  Placed an online order this morning around 8:45.I had to call the store around 3:00 to find out about order, because I had not received email for order being ready. I was told the parts were ready for pickup.
