  Very disappointing experience. Yesterday, we went to the AutoZone location on 192 near Partin Settlement to pick up an A/C part, and Francis there specifically told us about a hiring event at the Main Street AutoZone from 8 AM to 5 PM. We were told to come to that location for the hiring event, so we made the trip today expecting to actually speak with someone about employment. When we arrived, there was no hiring event happening. We were simply told to apply online. If the entire process was going to be online, that should have been communicated to us yesterday instead of telling us to drive to another location for an event that apparently wasn’t taking place. We wasted our time, gas, and money making a trip based on information given to us by an AutoZone employee. I understand that applications may need to be submitted online, but the lack of communication and the fact that we were specifically directed to come in for a hiring event was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

  Terrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. The employees treated me disrespectfully and made me feel ridiculed instead of trying to help. One of them it was a woman she seem to be the manager. They showed absolutely no concern and didn’t even offer to call another store to locate the part that their website was saying that they have 2 available. I drove 1 hour, I understand Mistakes happen, but treating a customer this way and making zero effort to find a solution is completely unacceptable.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Michael G. at AutoZone deserves more than 5 stars! A+ knowledge, A+ customer service, and just an all-around stand-up guy. You can tell immediately that he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in helping people the right way. Michael didn’t just point me in a direction—he took the time to explain things, answer my questions, and make sure I understood what was going on. That kind of patience, confidence, and real automotive knowledge is hard to find. He’s the type of employee who gives you confidence in the whole store. Professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth—a true man’s man who gets the job done and treats customers right. AutoZone, take care of Michael G.! Employees like him are the reason customers remember a location and come back. Whatever recognition, raise, or promotion he’s working toward, he deserves to be considered for it. A+++ experience.
