La empleada Alisha lo llamó para tratar de resolver un problema relacionado con un artículo cuyo precio marcado en la góndola no fue respetado al momento de pagar. En lugar de buscar una solución, me trató de mentirosa y mostró una actitud hostil durante toda la conversación. Cuando le pedí su información y la del District Manager para presentar una queja formal, su respuesta fue: "Ya tienes la información, llama a quien tú quieras." Para terminar, me dijo: "Estas son mis últimas palabras y no vuelvas a poner un pie en la tienda." El comportamiento de este gerente está muy lejos de reflejar el profesionalismo, el respeto y el servicio al cliente que una empresa debería ofrecer. Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
