I visited your store and was able to quickly purchase the two replacement batteries I needed. Todd, who was working behind the counter, was kind enough to walk over to the lot and assist me with the installation. This was not an easy task, and he spent over an hour helping me swap the old batteries for the new ones. I am incredibly grateful for Todd’s help. Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
