  We interacted with 4 different employees including Mike. They were all really friendly and helpful. We needed to exchange our car after the first day because it just wasn't the right for for us and exchanging was no problem at all - very smooth and accomplished through email. I will rent from them again.

  Tate at the counter was exceptional!!! Avis left me stranded at EYW and he REALLY stepped up! Even though you were pressed for rentals, he dug deep and got me and my family rolling in a minivan. Saved my family vacation. He even stayed late and was completely understanding. I hope you're able to let him know that I owe him one. Adult beverages on me if I am fortunate enough to meet him again! I do a lot of business travel and my company uses Avis. That changes today as far as I'm concerned. I will be writing my company president and CEO to let them know we should dump Avis for National. Thanks to you and Tate for helping me have a quality vacation in South Florida.

We traveled all the way from Pennsylvania for our honeymoon, and from the moment we arrived, Jessi made us feel welcomed. She was friendly, professional, patient, and went above and beyond to make our rental experience smooth and stress-free. When we returned home, it reminded me why I trust Enterprise—I even purchased my SUV through this same company.
