  ⭐️ 1-Star Review — Do Not Recommend Extremely disappointing experience with Key West Boat & Jet Ski Adventures. Based on our experience, the advertising did not match what was actually provided. We were specifically instructed to arrive 30 minutes before our scheduled departure, but when we arrived, there was absolutely no one there to check us in or help us. We tried calling the company, but no one answered the phone. We were left standing around with no communication or assistance. The facilities were also very different from what we expected. There was no indoor, air-conditioned waiting area, only one portable toilet, and the Lilly pad that was advertised/promised for the boat was not provided. We were also told that staff/workers would be there to assist us, but no one ever showed up as promised. The complete lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable. If you're paying for a charter experience, you should be able to expect the company to actually be there, answer the phone, provide the amenities they advertise, and communicate with their customers. This was not the experience we were led to believe we were paying for. Poor communication, poor customer service, and failure to provide advertised amenities. We would absolutely not recommend Key West Boat & Jet Ski Adventures. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

  This short excursion was a great way to finish the day. The nighttime lighted kayak tour was worth my time. The guide was outstanding and did a great job of making it a fun and educational tour, which included navigating through mangrove tunnels. The kayak was safe, easy to navigate, and provided just enough light to look into the water. It was a fun way to do something fun and different.

  This is a great place to rent jet ski's from! CJ was our guide - very cool & informative and gave us a fun ride. Literally hold onto your hats - we flew! 4 in our group which was perfect as no one lagged behind. We drove through mangroves, had a pitstop at a sandbar - every stop he gave us a little history. We went around the entire island, even stopping at the iconic most southern point buoy for a picture. No need to pull your own camera out with wet hands, he took care of them (and then personally sends them to you). Interesting boat houses to see too! The ski's were pretty new which was great! Each jet ski holds 2 people. He also paid close attention to to the weather as those pop up storms come on in no time! Thanks CJ for a fun experience!

  We booked an 8 o’clock night kayak tour and when we arrived, there was no operator here to greet our group plus another one. We were waiting around for over an hour. We kept calling the main office and nobody was answering until finally we got a hold of someone and they tried to reschedule us for the 9 PM tour because they themselves cannot get a hold of the tour guide and had to find someone last minute to rush over here to give our tour. Please make sure that you get a hold of somebody and confirm that there will be a physical person at the location!

  Extremely disappointing experience. We booked and paid in full for a 90-minute Jet Ski tour at 9:30 AM and received a confirmation from the company for that exact time. We arrived at 9:15 AM, as requested, only to find that no one was there. We called the company, but could only reach an automated response system. We waited and continued trying to get in touch. At approximately 9:45 AM, a kind woman who lives nearby happened to help us contact someone from the company. We were then told that no one was coming for our 9:30 tour. When we finally spoke with someone, we were told they “may be able to” get us on the 11:30 tour. We were also told someone was going to call us—but there was no apology, no meaningful attempt to resolve the situation, and no further communication. The worst part? We had already paid in full and spent approximately $40 on Uber rides getting to the location and back to our hotel. Ultimately, we received neither the tour nor the customer service you would reasonably expect from a business that had confirmed our tour, charged our card, and confirmed our reservation. Things happen, but simply failing to show up for a confirmed, prepaid reservation—and then leaving the customer to figure it out—is completely unacceptable. We never got to ride the Jet Skis at all. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and money. I would not recommend this company.
