  Loved the Luminous Lagoon Night Kayak tour! The clear kayak was gorgeous at night, and the guides knew so much about the fish and jellyfish glowing beneath us. I definitely added some comedy to the trip — hit almost every mangrove, did a full spin in a tunnel, and got rescued by the guide. They were so patient and kind. Such a cool Key West experience.

  This was absolutely an amazing experience. We went during "off timing" so we were the only ones on the tour. John was our guide and I can't say enough good things about him. He was friendly, professional, patient and just overall very wonderful. I highly recommend this activity to anyone who is down in Key West!

  Would give zero if there was an option. Booked the double kayak eco tour for 9am. supposed it was a slow day so my wife and I were the only people who signed up. It’s now 20 mins past 9 and our tour guide is nowhere to be found. The person manning the booth previously left with a different 9am craigcat tour and just told us to wait. I called the main office number at 9:10 and the call center person at around said she couldn’t reach anyone. Unbelievable and incredibly unprofessional.

  Two hour catamaran, Eco tour Wife’s just book this trip your significant other will be smiling ear to ear My wife was looking for something to do in key west on the water and boy did she!!!! This was an epic experience cruising the open water around key west to checking out the submarine slips and mangroves. This is a core memory for me!!! Jojo was an awesome tour guide!!! Would recommend this anyone to have on your vacation. Also smoking is allowed when you are going low and slow.

  I had a very frustrating experience with Key West Boats and Tours. We booked a catamaran tour with them, and it ended up being cancelled twice, wasting a significant amount of our time. The first time, we arrived at the address provided ahead of our 11:30 AM reservation. We had already called at 9 AM to confirm, and they said they would get back to us within 10 minutes—but then completely went silent. When we got there, no one answered the door, and repeated calls over the next hour went unanswered. We had no choice but to reschedule. Unfortunately, the second attempt wasn’t any better. The tour was cancelled again, this time just one hour before the scheduled time. Cancellations can happen, but the lack of communication and coordination made the whole experience unreliable and inconvenient. If you’re on a tight schedule in Key West, this kind of uncertainty can seriously disrupt your plans.
