  Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.Haben für mich in Key West alles organisiert,als ich mit dem Hinterreifen meines Mietwagens von Alamo/Miami Probleme hatte.Das Auto am selben Tag getauscht+mit einem Upgrade belohnt.Top Kundenservice+great staff!!!Besser geht es nicht,ich hätte gerne 10 Sterne vergeben!!

  Reserved car at Key West airport, I had to replace Key fob battery the next day. Not a big deal but Dillon at Key West gave me credit which was appreciated!!! Greg G

  Rico is a great guy. Very helpful and truly wants the best for his customers. Enterprise is a very busy place and it's just him and one other guy running the entire place. It's worth being patient with them. If they don't answer the phone or put you on hold, just call back in 10 minutes. Thanks Rico.
