  Rented multiple cars from Luis M. and every time was a great experience. Luis cares about what he’s doing and has great attention to detail. The last car we rented was a 27’ BMW 430i M sport and it was awesome for our trip up to Miami. Clean car, brand new car and it was a convertible. Highly recommend Enterprise at Key West. Booked online and when we arrived when they opened Luis took it from there and delivered exceptional customer service. Thank you Luis for the great experience, we look forward to future rentals ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I rented my vehicle in Fort Lauderdale and was told to come to this location to exchange it because the check engine light had come on. After making the drive, I was disappointed to learn they wouldn’t exchange the car. Instead, they simply cleared the warning light and told me I was good to go. I explained that I was concerned about driving a vehicle that had already shown a check engine light, especially after traveling out of my way to get it looked at. Unfortunately, I felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. The employee I spoke with came across as dismissive and wasn’t very helpful. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I think it’s important for customers to know about my experience. I would have appreciated better communication and more consideration for a customer raising a legitimate safety concern.

  I’ve rented from this enterprise 3 separate times, and they’ve always been nothing but helpful! Luis is the man, and has helped me out on numerous occasions when I’ve had questions/concerns. Picking up a rental from them tomorrow, and I’m looking forward to it!

  Here is the problem. PLEASE don't go here if you have children or if you care about your family. We rented 3 car seats, unaware how cheap quality would be, and selection is ridiculous. Not enough choice to find seats that fit, and none could be adjusted. The result? A head wound to my 5 year old grandson. They should nor be allowed to rent car seats. When I tried to call customer service, they pretended to care but did NOTHING to remedy the situation. They called a head wound an "inconvenience". Update: When we arrived to return the car, Pat was amazing. He reassured me that he was diligent about car seats and safety, so this shouldn't happen to another child.
