Rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Key West. Lewis listen to what I wanted, reserved it and had it ready to when I arrived. I had the car for 5 days. Lewis followed up with phone calls to verify I was happy and if I was having any issues with the car.

Peter, an employee with Enterprise Key West Roosevelt Blvd office, was fantastic! He was very professional, efficient & friendly. He recommended a 2026 Mazda that was outstanding with its cleanliness and smooth performance. Returning the car with another Enterprise employee was also efficient and professional. I would give the overall experience a 5 highest rating!

This place is always busy and needs more vehicles.. But the there is one employee that stands out and goes through hoops to satisfy everyone. Luis always settles down (urgent) customers and his communication skills are outstanding. I have seen proof of his skills with customers in front of me. Not one negative result in my experience with rental arrangements or modifications. I come to Key West location on north Roosevelt alot because of his service.

First time renter from this branch and Luis M. The assistant branch rental manager made The transaction smooth and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with what I received before leaving the lot, and very welcoming when I returned it from a day trip. Thank you, Luis M.
