  Easiest early rental return I have done. Due to the airport being small. Be advised the rental return doesn't open until 8 if you want an actual receipt. Also too don't leave your car parked in the pull up lane if you are doing early drop off, find a parking spot and then drop the key

  Pete took care of us! We had a rental with another company; however our flight was delayed and we landed at 6:15pm. That's when we learned that the other company closes at 6pm. After the initial panic of trying to figure out what we were going to do, Pete let me know that Enterprise had plenty of vehicles and he could get me in and out.

  I have rented vehicles from Enterprise several times while vacationing in Key West. I have always had great experiences with Enterprise in Florida, and this trip was no different. I was greeted at the counter by Arniciya who checked me in, gave me keys to a BMW convertible, and directed me to the correct space in the rental lot. Sebastian helped out by demonstrating how the convertible top operated, and Pete gave me and my wife final instructions. They were a great team! After a beautiful week in the keys, drop off was a breeze. Pete was there to greet us and everything checked out. Chrissy Taylor would be very proud of these terrific representatives of Enterprise!

  When checking out of MIA with the rental car I was told to tell the exiting agent that I needed to change the return location due to a rescheduled flight. As we pulled up to exit I told the agent which airport we would be returning and asked if he could update the reservation. After providing drivers license I inquired again if the update had been made and he stated “yes you are all set”. When we arrive to the airport to return the vehicle before our flight, we circle and circle looking for enterprise only to find that there isn’t one at that location. We call Enterprise to ask if we can park and leave it with another service and they advised no that we could be fined for abandoning but that we could drive to the nearest location 10mins away and one of the agents would drive us back. With no time to spare my husband dropped us off and attempted to drive to the nearest location. I texted him a few minutes after he left to let him know that the gate had closed and to keep the car because there were no more flights out today. We ended up having to pay for another flight out tomorrow and a hotel at a nearby airport DJT about an hour away. Super frustrating and inconvenient being misinformed by the exiting agent.
