We had excellent service staff and were upgraded at no charge due to low stock of available cars.

You know what I like about Alamo Rent A Car? The people. The Alamo people. Every time I crossed paths with an Alamo employee, they were very professional. You can get a car anywhere, but the people, that's what makes the difference!

Rented a minivan from Alamo in Key West. The experience was exceptional. Fast pickup and dropoff. The minvan was late model and clean. The employees were helpful and pleasant. The price was good. All-in-all a great experience.
