  Easy pick up and drop off. There is no way to bypass the counter because of the airport setup, but the line was short and the attendants quick. Excellent experience, as always, with Alamo.

  We rented our car from Ft. Lauderdale and drove to Key West and the car was fantastic. The Air Conditioning worked great and the views on Rt.1 over the bridges to key west were an absolute gem. Thank you for an amazing trip that was easy peasy with the rental process.

  Utter disgrace. Booked a Mustang Convertible (or similar) Not available on arrival and offered station wagon or hardtop suv Complete con.

  The inside of the car should have been reviewed by an attendant before rental, because someone smoked pot inside the car. The odor was noticeable. I accepted the car that way, because we were in a rush and only rented for one day. Otherwise, I would have asked for another automobile. But the rental process was very quick and the return process very easy and fast.
