  Truly some of the absolute best customer service we've experienced! Amari went above and beyond to help us with our rental. He patiently answered all of our questions and even helped us upgrade to a vehicle that became an experience in itself for our vacation. Thanks to his help and our travel points, we were able to enjoy an affordable upgrade to a convertible, which the kids absolutely loved! It added so much fun to our trip and created memories we'll never forget. Mike was equally friendly and efficient when it came time to return the car. He made the process quick and seamless and ensured everything was finalized without a hitch. The team at the Key Largo Enterprise truly exceeded our expectations. Other Enterprise locations could definitely use more employees like Amari and Mike. Thank you both for making our vacation that much more special!

  I got one of the last rentals last Saturday in Key Largo Florida. The staff, one very tall young man - Migal? Was very busy but did not seem rushed, a very good experience for me. I ended up with a Pacifica MiniVan and I loved driving it. As always, it is very nice driving a different, new automobile. Good experience with the Key Largo Enterprise Rentals.

  Very friendly staff. They automatically text you the next day so you have easy access to ask any questions needed later. That was very convenient. I also was informed to request a larger vehicles which I appreciate because they have some tiny cars there. The only thing is the parking lot is tight but they are using it as best they can.

  Nothing but good things to say! Customer service was great. Although the car I reserved wasn't available the first day I was there they offered to adjust the price of the rental to cover the cost of the uber the following day. through out the rental period (1.5 months so far and still going) I had three different vehicles so far and all three were new fresh and clean. Customer service has been very good so far.

  If you ever need to rent a car in Key Largo, this location was great. They even call you the day before to make sure you will be picking up the car.
