  Johnson Smith and Casey helped me through the tire replacement process and made everything easy from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, gave honest recommendations on what needed to be changed, and I trusted their expertise. Both were friendly, professional, and efficient — no wasted time at all. I was in and out quickly. Great customer service and I highly recommend them!

  Eric & Casey at Tire Kingdom blew away my expectations by installing two new tires in just 20 minutes (I’ve never not had to leave my car for hours)… Their service was easy, reliable, and priced accordingly - the friendliness is what has me sold. I’m glad I chose them; the experience was fantastic.

  I had an issue w with a tire causing vibrations. Tires plus changed my tire the problem consisted. Came down from port st lucie after going to tires plus. Casey from tire kingdom informed me the problem was a bent rim that tires plus failed to tell me about. They helped me in a very honest and perfessional manner. Thank you!

  I just expierence the most professional and caring customer care. Johnson was accurate, effective and knowledgeable. He was able to quote a feasible price for a new TIRE. I respectfully suggest special recognition for the services .

  I dropped my Tesla off for an 8am appointment, literally the first person walking behind the guy opening the door at 7:55 am. After three hours of waiting I view my dashcam to see my car has not left the spot I parked it in (again 3 hours ago) I call back in to ask for a reason why I have not been serviced yet and was told they they prioritize walk ins over appointments. After telling the employee how unfair and idiotic this is from a consumer standpoint I see work has begun . After 2 more hours I am told that I would need to pay an additional $200 to align the tires I just paid $1580 to have installed. This is the exact opposite of what the employee told me at 8am when I signed off for a total cost of 1500ish and he verbatim said “the only extra cost is the valve stems”. I then ask the employee to explain why this cost was never told to me before he then hung up the phone in the middle of me speaking. I come to pick up the vehicle only to find out that one of the employees have literally ripped off the plastic aero covers on my Tesla tires claiming that it would have “fallen off while driving” which is funny considering the fact I drive this vehicle 60+ miles daily and have had no issues. The disrespect, lying, stealing and incompetence of this store amazes me. Please do yourself a favor and do not trust these criminals to work on your vehicle.
