  Super slow service. Had a 9 am appointment for an oil change and it took them 3.5 hours to do it with little to no communication on what the delay was even with me sitting there waiting. Won’t be back

  I had such a great experience at Tire Kingdom in Jupiter! Tasheena was absolutely awesome. She was friendly, helpful, professional, and made the whole experience so easy. She took great care of me and made sure everything was handled properly. Customer service like hers really makes a difference. Thank you so much, Tasheena! I definitely recommend this location.

  I have to say I was extremely impressed with Tire kingdom. They were very fair very honest and the quality of workmanship that they do is absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend them and Ryan was absolutely the best. God bless and keep the spirit and I highly recommend this Tire place because they’re very fair in the quality making sure that the tires are balanced and everything are done properly. God bless and keep the spirit!

  I have to say my recent experience at Tire Kingdom in Jupiter, Florida was exceptional! More importantly , the gentleman that helped me at the front, Ryan, who is extremely helpful and expedited the process and meet my expectations, better than I anticipated... Thorough and efficient , very impressive! 5 stars all around! Would absolutely recommend.

  I wish I could give 0 stars. Please read the reviews and don't go to this location. I made the mistake of scheduling service here instead of the Bush Road location which has much better reviews. I'll explain my horrible experience so hopefully it saves people from wasting their time and money at this location. I went in for an oil change and they also did a tire rotation, but when I left the car was pulling hard to the right so I returned the next week for them to fix it. They said it was an alignment issue and they would fix it for free "it would just take 15 minutes of my time" however, they put my car up on the dock and it sat there for over an hour with the tires off (and the hood open for some reason?). I waited in a friend's car out front and they didn't know I was out there watching them. About 4 technicians were in the shop walking around not touching my car while it sat there for over an hour. I called about the progress and said "it's been over an hour and you guys said 15 minutes, how much longer?" The kid working the front desk said "we are working on the recommendations", I said "no I told you guys and we agreed you would just do the alignment to fix the issue you caused I don't want any more recommendations." The guy sounded panicked. He called back shortly after saying my car was ready for pick up. He did not know I was watching out front and could see my car had been sitting there in the air for over an hour without anybody touching it. I told him I would be back in one minute and he panicked and said "oh wait it will actually take about 15 more minutes." They didn't start "working" on my car until that moment, so when it was sitting for an hour plus they did absolutely nothing. Keep in mind there was not one other vehicle there being worked on, I was the only customer there. When the "mechanic" was done, he told me the issue was that HE PUT THE TIRES ON BACKWARDS when I was there the first time. How is this even possible? Then the front desk kid was about to charge me for an alignment they didn't even do. I said first of all, you guys didn't even do an alignment, you just put the tires on the correct way because you put them on backwards the first time. and even if you did, you told me the alignment would be free. He literally said, "Oh, I said that?". I kid you not. Not to mention when I first arrived, he tried to sell me new wipers and said it would only be 60$. Then he waits a few seconds and says quietly "plus labor fees". I said no i'm okay today just fix the issue you guys caused and as I walk away he panics and says, "okay what if we charge you 40?" Why is the price negotiable? So that means they are upcharging the customer unnecessarily. When I left there was a new light on my dashboard that was not there when I brought the car in but I don't want to even take it back as I don't trust them to do anything right. I should have read the reviews before coming in. I don't think any of the staff are trained or licensed mechanics because how would they put my tires on backwards when they specialize in tires? It's literally called Tire Kingdom. They even balanced my tires the first time I was in and offered no refund or compensation for me driving 40 minutes a second time because of their negligence. They are liars and scammers and this location needs to be investigated. I'll be airing out my grievances to the BBB and will be spreading the word about how horrible this location is. The reviews are absolutely horrible and echo my experience of a basic lack of knowledge and skill required to complete an oil change and tire rotation and many others have waited hours and hours for their car to be worked on without anybody even looking at it. Seems like another scam to try to upcharge for labor costs. Do not let them sell you anything, they got me on the tire balancing because I was not having an issue and feel no difference after the "balancing". I am also not sure how the balancing even works if they put the tires on wrong?! Tire Kingdom has lost a loyal customer.
