  They’ve always helped me out same day with replacements and patches. Unfortunately, I’ve had a lot due to construction nails. Even on Sundays!

  I am very disappointed with the services provided by tire kingdom and their Service Manager Johnson. In October 2025 I bought four new Continental tires from Tire Kingdom for $1997 they installed and aligned the tires. In July 2026 I received a message from them to bring the car for a free alignment. I brought the car and they proceeded to tell me the back tires were all worn and no rotation was possible. I told Johnson I had driven only 6,000 miles since October 2025 and that either they did not install the tires correctly or they sold me Continental tires that were defective. I asked to be replaced at no cost to me. Johnson stated he and his company believe I didn’t maintain my tires properly and therefore they were not responsible. He said I needed to have the tires rotated every 3,000miles and not 6,000 even though my car manual recommends rotating every 5,000 to7,500 miles. Refused to give me a good discount and offer to sell me news ones for the same price I had paid a year earlier claiming that was a discount and I didn’t deserve better because I didn’t bring the car at the 3,000 miles service. Johnson insisted it was my responsibility to know they required to bring the car at 3,000 miles. In other words they do reap off people by selling either defective products or not installing the products correctly making it necessary for the consumer to buy new products earlier than expected. I went then to Costco bought the tires at a lower price and was told the tires should be rotated around 5,000 miles and they do the rotations for free. Never again I would go to Tire Kingdom.

  It’s visits like this that are the reason I DO NOT go to these auto shops. I was quoted one price, and they tried to charge tack on extra costs. They try to find things “to fix” and do anything to make a dollar. Waiting 5 hours for tires to be changed (appointment at 1pm and I didn’t leave until 6:30pm) And how does your business not honor the tax exempt certificate???? 10 thumbs down!!! Bunch of scammers! The KID at the front trying to charge me $50 for a piece that COMES WITH the tire and tried to charged it on the itemization as a tire senior service. So include LIARS as well. I refused to pay for it and he took it off. I will NEVER part this scamming business ever again.

  Hard to believe I could have had a worse experience at Tire Kingdom, now that Mavis owns the... They are 1,000% worse and less capably of simple tasks... Constant Up-sell and incompetence. They took 7 hours to complete a simple Alignment today, they didn't provide before & after alignment numbers so I have take their word for it I guess. Then top it off... they left the key on all day and "killed" my battery, then tried to get me to buy one. Mind you the truck is less than a year old and a hybrid!!!!! I don't think the tech knew it was hybrid and when he didn't hear the starter he got scared and went to smoke a black-n-mild? Then comes the invoice, dude forgot the coupon. This same guy rolled in at 8:05 they open at 8, then made us wait while he put his lunch away and got situated. Now I worked for Tire Kingdom Corporate for 10+ years, we worked very hard to clean-up our reputation, only to sell to Mavis and have them destroy what I personally worked to fix for a decade. You can put lipstick on a pig, but its still a pig - good job guys and best of luck to you - I'll never be back!
