  Needed a quick fix with the splash shield on my car and with all other mechanics closed on a Sunday, I landed here and I’m grateful for it, I was greeted by Rese upon entering who delivered amazing customer service and who helped facilitate my splash shied getting fixed as quickly as possible, all in all it was a great experience, shout out to rese and Colin who both made this Sunday a good day 🙏

  Customer service is very bad I've never felt so uncomfortable as in this store tip: don't make an appointment online that even when you arrive you have to wait a long time the same as you last if just walk in..

  I came in with a flat and left with a fixed flat and one less broken wheel bearing. Tried to get that looked at twice before but they couldn't find it. Third time's the charm, eh? These folks do great work. No doubt. I do love the meme where I show up to get some small work done and now I'm out $700 nearly every 6 months.

  Had a great first experience with Tire Kingdom on Bush Road in Jupiter, near Walmart. I encountered Casey when I dropped off my car. He was super busy, stating someone called out sick - I think he normally works in the shop, not the front desk. But he clearly knew how to run the front desk, manage the several customers waiting in line and multi-tasked well to get everyone checked in and out. Later, I picked up my car with Sergio, who was equally helpful. He explained the warranty, road hazard and answered all of my questions. It was such a great experience, thank you all!

  So I don’t think this is the kingdom of tires anymore. I have bought four run flats previously for my car and was able to also participate in their road has a protection program. This weekend I went there wanted the same thing was yes to death. Had to go back because it would’ve taken all day for me to get what I needed. Got my tires and a alignment and $2000 later when I got my receipt, I confirmed the road hazard where I spent another 10 minutes hearing that oh no, you don’t have that and I said well. I explicitly stated that that’s what I wanted when I set this appointment and then I was told that the new parent company evidently does not offer that anymore. I think that was something that I should’ve been told upfront. I think they just didn’t want to lose my $2000 sale. This will be the last time that I ever go there and they left grease all over my rims.
