Got what I asked for and they did a full inspection of brakes and other fluids etc along with the oil change Suggested replacing a couple other filters and I decided to go for it. Felt they are honest and car about the customer
- BDBrittany DubinskiApr 24, 20261.0If I could mark zero i would. I came in yesterday for an oil change like I have every oil change for i can't even tell you how long. Never had issues until now. We'll i pull up cars obviously on i drove it there its making a sound they ask me if I know what it is i said no hopefully yall can tell me. They figure out its a belt that's shredded clearly that's an issue i tell them go ahead fix it. Well somehow during the fix my belt snaps and hits a censor that starts my car so now my car wont turn on or off. I Uber home because they dont have the part to fix the censor until morning i arrive to pick it up. Im now told the pully they just attached a brand new belt to is loose and they dont fix that. Alright there's no way you didnt notice it was loose once they took the car apart and went to replace the belt. Why would you attach a brand new belt to a pully system that's already loose ? The math doesnt math. Im out 300 and now can't drive my car and the quote to fix this mess is $520.
