  John is an Angel sent from above! I called him for an emergency fix and he was able to get the job done same day! Within about a half hr my car looked like new and I was back on the road. I recommend everyone who wants the right job done and wants it done asap to come to Modern Dent Removal and see John!!!

  My friend already left a review, but after personally witnessing how this situation was handled, I felt a second review was necessary. When the work was first completed, my friend was unhappy with the results. Instead of properly fixing the issue, he covered it with tape. He had promised a 95% better outcome, and I was on the phone when he made that promise. They agreed on a price of $500, but he later said it would cost an additional $300–$400 to make the repair look right. This was frustrating, especially since the original work did not meet the expectations he had set. Two months later, we called to discuss the issue because his work is now being corrected by another shop. His behavior during the call was even more disappointing than the repair itself. He called my friend emotional, talked over her, spoke to her disrespectfully, and avoided having a productive conversation. At one point, he even spoke to her like a child and said, “I’m going to count down from three.” He mentioned having daughters, and I hope he does not speak to the women in his life the way he spoke to my friend. It was disappointing to watch him belittle someone who was simply trying to address a problem. Mistakes happen, but taking responsibility matters. Based on what I witnessed, the lack of accountability and disrespectful communication were unacceptable. I would encourage anyone considering this business to make sure they understand exactly what they are paying for before committing.

  I would not recommend this business to anyone. The quality of the work was extremely disappointing, especially considering the promises made before I agreed to pay $500. I was assured that the dent would be at least 95% better and that I would not even be able to tell it had been there. Unfortunately, the results did not come close to meeting those expectations. I have attached a photo of the completed work for which I paid $500. I encourage anyone considering this business to look at the picture and decide for themselves whether they would be satisfied paying $500 for these results. I know I am not. To make matters worse, this was done on my brand-new 2026 GMC Sierra Elevation. Rather than properly addressing the disappointing results, he attempted to cover up the dent and his work with a piece of tape. Yes, tape on my brand-new truck. That was the solution instead of delivering the quality of work I was promised or properly addressing the problem. I paid $500 expecting a professional repair, not a result that needed to be covered up. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the owner told me it would cost an additional $350–$400 to make the work perfect. I agreed to pay $500 based on the original promises, not $850 to receive the quality of work I was initially told I would get. What made this experience even worse was the owner’s (JOHN) incredibly disrespectful and condescending behavior. He told me I needed to find a male role model and that because I work in a man’s field, I needed to “step up and be a man.” He also told me that because I am a woman, I was letting my emotions get the best of me. At one point, he even said he was going to count down from three so I could calm down. Throughout the conversation, he talked over me and spoke to me like a child rather than treating me like a paying customer with legitimate concerns. Between the disappointing workmanship, attempting to cover the issue with tape, asking for hundreds of dollars more to achieve what was originally promised, and the owner’s unacceptable attitude, this was an all-around terrible experience. Good customer service means standing behind your work and treating customers with respect, even when they are dissatisfied.

  I was very pleased with the service I received at Modern Painless Dent Removal. They were able to schedule me immediately and the result was beautiful, with truly no visible damage left. They even provided a courtesy car for me to use while my car was being worked on!! I can say with confidence, my experience was a good one and I strongly recommend using this company.

  We were absolutely amazed by the outstanding service and craftsmanship at Modern Dent Removal! A stack of chairs accidentally fell over onto our vehicle, leaving several dents that we honestly thought would be difficult, if not impossible, to repair without expensive bodywork. We were amazed at what Modern Dent Removal was able to accomplish! Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were truly exceptional. When we picked up our vehicle, there was absolutely no trace that the dents had ever been there! You would never know anything had happened. The service was professional, efficient, and friendly from beginning to end. It is rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work, and it certainly shows in the finished product. We highly recommend Modern Dent Removal! If you have a dent in your vehicle, don't assume it needs traditional bodywork—give them a call. We couldn't be happier with the results! PS. A big shout out to Collision Pros for the recommendation!
