The new owners or group obviously dont seem to take much time in seeing how their location is performing. The workers are RUDE! There is one nice gentlemen there and the interesting part of that is he is one of the younger ones. You would think the manager would learn from him. Times are getting bad when this is the new reality we are having to deal with. Regardless, I cancelled my membership. Hopefully the owners see the lack in income.

Was totally disrespected by an employee today and the manager didn’t seem to care whatsoever. Had an account with multiple vehicles so I canceled all of them. I hope they learn from the way they treat customers in today economy that a car wash is a luxury and discretionary spending.

It only rinsed one side of the car and left soap residue on the back and was still having soap drain out on the back after I rinsed it and wiped it down a 2nd time. Your staff offered to run my car through it again but it would recreate the same problem. And check your vacuums. It’s the same hose that has poor suction. I have a monthly membership and the Service hasn’t been the same since the original company was bought out.
