- KOKaylee Owens1 day ago1.0I’ve been going to this car wash for several months now and each time I just pay for a single wash. They ask me every time to sign up for a membership and I don’t because I didn’t want to add another recurring payment. The last time I went the employee stated they had a promotion going where it would be $10 for the first month and then go up to $23 after that. I figured okay might as well since I go a couple times a month I figured it would be worth it. Come to find out my card was charged $41.93 after the one month promotional period ended. When I reached out to them for assistance, they stated there was nothing they could do to assist besides trying to get me to sign up for their membership again, but at the corrected price of $23. I don’t go to the car wash enough to pay $41.93 monthly and if I were told that would be the price I would have declined. Bait and switch at its finest. I recommend El Carwash instead. They have great customer service and I’ve never had any issues going there.

I left my car not started but in an "on" position so the radio would play while I detailed it. I guess it took too long and when I went to start my car the battery was dead! Steven had a jump box and immediately went into the office and got it. He had me jumped off and on my way in no time. I am forever grateful! Thank you Steven!

- PBProfusion BrandsAug 19, 20261.0I’ve had recurring problems at the Merrill Road location. Every time I use the Fast Pass/member lane, it doesn’t automatically let me in like it’s supposed to. That turns what should be a quick, convenient process into an unnecessary wait. Even though this has happened repeatedly, not one employee has attempted to figure out why it keeps happening or offer a long-term solution. The entire point of a Fast Pass is for the process to be FAST and convenient. I’m not going to continue services with Whistle anymore.
