POOR business & Mgmt at the Corproate Level (Incident Response Team) is no help. They take no responsibility for anything & from what I have been told, employees agre that no matter what they never accept responsibility. I have been a customer for years, 5+. I have brought my jeep in with modifications, previously expressed & confirmed that they were able to accommodate. I was reassured that regardless of signage, accommodations are available but must be communicated and documented. I did my part! All notations are in my account, I speak to them everytime I come in to make sure they pull retractables. One of the employees, Patrick whom I spoke to right before going into the tunnel. As I do every time when going there, I asked to ensure the bars did not come down on top of my Jeep. Again I do this EVERYTIME. As he always does, sighs and says "yes I know". Keep in mind, the top spinner should not be touching the top of the soft top regardless. We won't talk about the mutliple times I had to remind them not to scrub softtop jeep windows with a brush. While in the tunnel the bar comes down, the one specified to be retracted and crushes my light bar, roof, scratches all over on a new paint job, brackets cracked and bent etc. All because of an employee blows off customer. He has a history of damaged vehicles on his watch yet still works there. I have video footage, documented pictures of the notes on my account that pop up everytime my membership is scanned, my own footage, a police report. Damage reports, multiple appraisals and PLENTY of pictures. Only to be told the following: We conducted a comprehensive investigation regarding your claim. This process involved a meticulous review of all relevant and available evidence and documents, an examination of camera footage if any was available, and an inspection of the equipment within the tunnel. The results of this investigation indicate that the car wash is not responsible for the damage you reported. Your claim has been denied, and this decision remains the official position of the company. Thank you for your time.

My daughter visited Whistle and was I disappointed to hear about the treatment she received. One of the attendants, who was a Black male, spoke to her in a condescending way about her driving, and even yelled, assuming she was on her phone when she wasn’t. We expect professional, respectful customer service. I hope management addresses this to ensure all customers are treated respectfully.

PSA: avoid at all costs. Employees are wonderful; management and corporation horribly unresponsive to damages caused by car wash. Was told to get two written estimates: I got Maaco (lower end) and Toyota dealer (higher end). ✅ and ✅. CRICKETS! I follow up every week or so; management NEVER gets back to me. SO frustrating! While waiting, another customer was canceling monthly membership stating the different parts of car wash were consistently broken/not functioning. All of this is too bad, as regular employees try to help, but stymied by management and unresponsive corporate culture.
