- JJjason jager5 days ago3.0The staff was friendly and accommodating. The wash service was poor. Inside of the tunnel, half of the left side was not working properly and did a very poor job of cleaning my vehicle. I paid for the most expensive wash and only the right side of my vehicle was clean and had tire shine applied. The left side looked almost untouched. I do not expect a hand detailed look from a drive-through car wash, but it was definitely not worth the $31 that I paid. I advised the two gentleman working the entrance and they apologized and stated they would put in a work order, but there was no offer of a refund or anything of that sort. I am not sure what the policy does for people in this case, I just thought there would have been something more done. Very nice looking facility and very clean. Just a bad experience on this trip.

That's a pathetic game you are playing with Google Maps. Because of your games and deception I will never trust you with my car and I give you the lowest rating possible. Hope you get your money back for whatever you paid Google to popped you up before the car wash I searched for and then miss direct me from what I selected directions to. It didn't work with me.

Needless to say my car was in need of serious help ! I was met by Lauren Adkins and explained the grotesque condition my vehicle was in and would they possibly be able to get it clean ? Lauren explained everything they would take care of and was incredibly patient kind and provided above and beyond service . Oh and my car was amazing like new and didn’t smell anymore ! Thank you Lauren and Thank You Whistle Express Car Wash !

Attendant acted annoyed to have to walk to other bay to retrieve his iPad like it was my fault he had his face buried in his phone. Whole place is run down, terrible job of washing vehicle. Would be better off hosing your car off with water.
