- AAAshley & Aline1 day ago3.0I'm an Uber driver, and I had recently acquired this membership because of its convenient location, but I canceled my membership today due to poor customer service. While vacuuming my car, I noticed that I was missing one of my back floor mats. I'm 100% sure that I forgot to get it out of the mat cleaning machine the last time I washed my car, so I went into the office to see if anyone turned it in. There was a young lady behind the counter with RBF and a big, tall man sitting on top of the counter on his phone. I told him that I left my mat on the machine last time I was here, and he laughed and said "We don't have it." I asked if they had a lost and found, and he said yes, but they don't have my mat. I finished cleaning my car and went back in the office to ask for help canceling my membership. He asked if it was because of the mat, and I told him that it was because of his response and the fact that he didn't even consider to take down my name and number, so he could look into this matter further. Losing the mat was my fault... I get that. But poor customer service won't get you very far. I'm sorry I interrupted your paid leisure time.

Mr Dwayne not only took the time, he did everything possible to make sure my truck was spotless! And it was!!! It was amazing. He went the “extra mile” in a big way! I’m a huge fan!!

He paid close attention to detail and made sure my car came out spotless, both inside and out. It’s not often you see someone go the extra mile, but Houser definitely did. His positive attitude and strong work ethic really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend asking for him if you want your car looking its best.
