  I really liked Whistle Express, especially the Monument Road Location. It is cleaner, well staffed and all vacuum stations worked best. Atlantic location mat cleaner damaged my mat and staff was not engaged with helping out. Atlantics vacuum stations were not all functioning well nor was the spray and dryer clothes replenished. Worth the trip to Monument Rd

  I had such a great experience at Whistle Express Car Wash! Brandon assisted me and provided amazing customer service from the moment I arrived. I actually had a membership with another local car wash, but after experiencing the level of service here, I decided to make the switch and I’m so glad I did! They truly have everything you need to clean your car inside and out, and the entire experience was convenient, welcoming, and worth it. Great customer service makes all the difference, and Brandon definitely helped earn a new loyal customer. 🚗✨ Highly recommend Whistle Express Car Wash!

  Great experience and the staff is very friendly. 10/10 would recommend this car wash to anyone. Site is fairly new and has all the amenities you could ask for including window cleaner, multi-purpose cleaner, damp rags, vacuums and low pressure air at each station.

  I go here weekly and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Mr DeWayne is my favorite precleaner. He always has a smile and has a great attention to detail for cleaning pre-wash. The other members have come out afterwards and checked if the wash was to my liking and it always is.

  I signed up for the 30-day trial at Whistle because I wanted to compare it with LUV Car Wash before deciding where to spend my money long-term. Based on my experience, the choice is becoming pretty easy. The customer service at the Southside Blvd. location is honestly terrible. The manager, Brandon, has made me uncomfortable on multiple visits. Almost every time I come through in this particular vehicle, he comes outside, stares into my car, and then whispers to employees while looking in my direction. It feels unnecessary, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. This doesn’t happen when I bring my other vehicle, which makes the behavior even stranger. Customer service in general at this location needs serious improvement. There have been times when I’ve pulled up and can clearly see employees standing inside the office taking their time to come out and assist me. How rude and inconsiderate is that when a customer is sitting there waiting? On one occasion, a female employee finally came out and acted as if I was inconveniencing her by being there. She stood there and didn’t even bother directing me properly onto the rollers going into the car wash. If dealing with customers seems like such an inconvenience, customer service probably isn’t the right job. The wash itself is also disappointing. My vehicle regularly comes out still dirty, so the quality simply isn’t there. Meanwhile, LUV Car Wash has a pre-scrub area, provides customers with dashboard towels and air fresheners, and my vehicle actually comes out noticeably cleaner. I’m glad I only paid $10 for the trial because I would be extremely irritated paying full membership prices for this level of service. Between the poor customer service, uncomfortable experiences with management, recurring Fast Pass issues, lack of basic amenities, and mediocre wash quality, Whistle has given me very little reason to purchase a membership after my trial ends. There are better options in Jacksonville. So far, LUV has provided better customer service, better amenities, a smoother experience, and most importantly, a better wash.
