  Extraordinarily bad experience at this car wash. I looked up touch-free car washes in Jacksonville, and this one was highly rated. I drove my brand-new car in for its first wash and specifically told the person at the gate that I wanted a touch-free wash. He confirmed that was the option I wanted and even went over to the attendant in the wash bay to tell them I wanted touch-free. Once I was on the conveyor, it quickly became clear that this was not a touch-free wash, the brushes were spinning. I rolled down my window and confirmed with the attendant that I had requested touch-free. He confirmed that I had. Unfortunately, I couldn't stop the car because I was already on the conveyor, so the car was pulled through the wash with the brushes. Afterward, I went inside to speak with the gentleman who had taken my payment. He told me the attendant had come in and said he had pushed the button for touch-free, but the wash used the brushes anyway. His only response was, “Sorry about that, sir.” No offer to make it right. To make matters worse, the car came out covered in spots after a $24 car wash. I have yet to do a full inspection to see if there is any damage from the brushes. If you specifically want a touch-free wash, avoid this car wash.

  Im not one to sit down and write reviews but appreciate very attentive and helpful costumer service and Lloyd provided exactly that. I’m very thankful for his help and I hope that this business appreciates a worker like him.

  I would not even give one star if I could . I purchased a membership like two months ago and have since then sent in three support tickets plus emails in attempt to cancel membership, with absolutely no response. However they do not mind steadily attempting to take money out of my account for a membership I do not use and have not used but one carwash. Absolutely no customer service or response to contact me back !!

  Super nice younger guy! He was hustlin ,good at his job! (unfortunately I didn’t grab his name kind of longer hair went on 8/20 around 5:30) *the rags were kept up well…. I’ve gone to other places where all the dirty ones are mixed in with the clean. I’ll be back!

  I’m about a week late leaving this review, but I definitely wanted to make sure I gave credit where it’s due. I had a great experience at Express Car Wash, and John, Lloyd, and Rio all provided great customer service. Lloyd especially stood out and was the main reason I’d come back and recommend this car wash to other people. He was friendly, helpful, and made the overall experience a really positive one. I truly appreciate the customer service from the entire team and will definitely be back!
