  These people knowingly sold me a lemon. Very dishonest group of people. Got the car and took it to a mechanic later, just to find out the car was in so much of a bad shape. Behoves you to take your business somewhere else. If they can scam a disabled veteran, imagine what they will do.

  I highly recommend Westside Hyundai my service advisor Emma was great, was always up front and sent me a text on every update I brought my Santa Fe in for a backup camera issue and the issue was found within a half hour. Even though we didn't buy our Hyundai here, this will be our goal too for future service. Thank you, Emma

  I had a disturbing interaction with one of your employees. I went online looking for a car from yalls site and all of a sudden I start getting targeting videos. One video came up of your employee using their sexuality status to try and sell me a car. The “Local lesbian at Westside Hyundai” popped up and I was shocked. what world is it ever professional or appropriate to bring up bedroom matters in a professional setting? I’m severely disgusted with it and it’s a bit offensive. I’m not trying to be a Karen as I’m only 28 looking into vehicles….but I just felt incredibly uncomfortable with the topic as not everyone is as open about those private matters as some. I understand this world is “newly progressive”, but we have societal and professional standards. Especially when it comes to doing business. Cant believe I have to tell a company this but bedroom matters are PERSONAL and should be kept to the employees self or in their homes.

  I had a great experience with Westside Hyundai. Charles was the main tech that handled my car. He was so kind and kept me updated with everything that was happening from my car. From the time they received it (Hyundai Roadside assistance), ran the diagnostic test, etc I was informed. He broke down everything that was covered by warranty and explained what I would be charged if it wasn't covered by warranty. Everything was upfront. I don't have any complaints.

  I really appreciate the great service I got from Charles yesterday! I was heading to work when I tried to close my sunroof, but it wouldn’t budge. I got a little worried because it was supposed to rain, so I hopped off at I10 and headed to Westside Hyundai, where I always take my Santa Fe for service. As soon as I walked in, Charles helped me right away. He explained what might be covered by my warranty and let me know there would be a wait. He even offered to give me a Lyft home. This is my second Hyundai, and I’ll definitely bring it to Westside Hyundai for service and if I ever need another car.
