    We had our car serviced, oil change and checking entire car. The mechanic did a good job checking everything and also found a new recall which they fixed while we were there. Throughout the process our service writer Emma kept us well informed of what was happening and when we would be on our way. She even had them wash the car before we were sent on our way. She is great. Definitely made our 1st experience with the service department much more pleasant. We will be back for our next scheduled service. Thank you Emma. :)

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Experience with Anne! Getting into my 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid wasn't easy—it took about three weeks to make everything come together. Throughout the entire process, Anne never gave up on me. She stayed patient, kept communicating, and worked hard to help find a solution. She was professional, honest, and truly committed to helping me get the vehicle I wanted. Even when things became challenging, she remained positive and kept working until we reached the finish line. I'm grateful for her dedication and persistence. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about her customers and is willing to put in the effort, I highly recommend asking for Anne.     I hope I got the right dealership. But this morning I was at Wawa my battery had died in my car. I've been a little down on my luck I've had to sleep in my car the last few months. And I was kind of in a bind, and this guy just rolled up and was like hey man do you need a jump. And he took the time to help me jump my car, and even when as far as to call his dealership to tell them that if this jump didn't work to bring a booster box to make sure it were to get me on my way. This man didn't have to take the time out of his day and he did he saw a need and he stepped in and I'm ever so grateful that he did that. And the icing on the cake is he used a brand new set of jumper cables to jump my car and then let me keep them just in case. I didn't happen to catch his name but thank God for this man and people like him bc my day just got a whole lot easier just by him showing up to wawa this morning. So if you're trying to buy a car, go here. I'm pretty sure the guy told me this dealership is his, and if he's that good to a random person for no reason, I'm sure he's top notch when you're paying him thousands for a vehicle. Who ever you are sir thank you.

    Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership is that they engage in the good ole’ bait-n-switch tactic. I sent an inquiry online for a used Carbon Edition Zircon Sand Mazda that was listed as available. At 1:00 pm, I’m contacted by the dealership to confirm the vehicle’s details and set up an appointment to come in and look at it at 3:30 pm. Prior to leaving my home, I called around 2:40 pm to confirm the appointment and check the vehicle’s availability since it was a 30 minute drive. I arrive at the dealership and the salesman advises me the car sold that morning. When I told them “that’s okay, I was interested in that particular vehicle so I’ll continue my search elsewhere”, the manager starts rushing over to try and get me to stay. I, again, reiterate that I was only interested in that vehicle and he says “let me search my inventory and I’m sure I can find something similar you might like.” I advise him I’m not interested and would like to leave. This is when he begins to loudly insult me and say I’m being unreasonable. As if doing so would make me any more likely to want to do business with them. As my family and I walking towards the exit, they attempted to stop us once again. I ignore them this time because I won’t allow them to continue insulting us. Once we get inside our car, they engaged in yet another attempt to stop us from leaving. I’m a reasonable person and can understand a car being sold moments before I arrive. That’s not what happened here. They admitted the car had sold hours before I even submitted my initial inquiry and baited me into their doors to attempt to convince me to purchase another vehicle. I cannot recommend this dealership and would never consider making a purchase from a company that cannot communicate transparently or even politely address an adverse situation. The vehicle is still listed as available online as of 5:00 pm btw.

    Overall, I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle and am extremely happy with my purchase. Buying a car can be stressful, but the staff made the process much easier than I expected. Everyone I worked with was friendly, professional, and willing to answer my questions throughout the process. I never felt pressured, and they helped make sure I found a vehicle that fit what I was looking for. A special shoutout to Kristoff for making the experience such a positive one. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. He took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. His customer service is a big part of why I had such a great experience. My only complaint is that the detailing could have been much better. When I got home and had a chance to really look through the vehicle, I found fingernail clippings, vape caps, and sticky residue inside the center console. While these aren’t major issues, it did make me feel like the vehicle wasn’t cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been before I took it home. I understand that used vehicles aren’t going to be perfect, and I’m not expecting a brand-new car. However, when you’re making a significant purchase and committing to an $800 monthly payment, you do expect the vehicle to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared before you drive it off the lot. A little more attention to detail in that area would have made an already good experience even better. That being said, I don’t want that issue to take away from the overall experience. I’m very happy with my vehicle, and everyone at the dealership treated me well throughout the buying process. I would absolutely consider purchasing from them again and would recommend them to others. My feedback is simply meant to help improve the experience for future customers because the team was otherwise great to work with.
