  I had such a great experience at Westside Hyundai! The team was professional, welcoming, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. They were patient with all my questions, never made me feel pressured, and truly worked to make sure I left happy. The customer service was amazing, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I’m so happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Westside Hyundai to anyone looking for a new car and a dealership that treats you right!

  They told me an oil change was included in my warranty. I stop by when it was time to get an oil change and now I’m being told it wasn’t included. I was also told GAP was included when I negotiated, all of sudden when I reached the back I was told GAP would be an additional 50 bucks. Thanks guys!

  I purchased a vehicle from this company. Runs great fair price. So I sent my son to purchase a vehicle. Vehicle cool but don’t like contract. Tried to return within the 30 day and they refuse to take it back. Why wouldn’t you take care of someone who already has 1 vehicle and could still possibly get an additional one. I’m disappointed in the professionalism of the company and definitely won’t be returning. Moral of the story don’t don’t do business with these guys.

  I helped a family get a car from here I have in written texts they didn't want a lease they want a purchase. They claimed to get them approved but then after everything and everything was signed noticed what they lead us to believe was a purchase is a lease very misleading place. I understand not everyones can get approved for financing but to act like something is being purchased but in reality a lease is very misleading and upsetting.

  I recently purchased a vehicle from this Hyundai dealership and had a very mixed experience. I want to give a huge thank you to Able, my salesperson—he was genuinely helpful, patient, easy to talk to, without pressure, and was transparent throughout the process. He made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier, and he’s the only reason we stayed and completed the purchase. He truly deserves recognition. Unfortunately, my initial experience in finance with Mike Hanna was very frustrating. The process felt unclear, and there were multiple inconsistencies in pricing that made it difficult to feel confident in the numbers being presented. However, once we later worked with Darran Matthews, the experience improved significantly. He was more straightforward, knowledgeable, took the time to explain things clearly, was much more honest, and helped make the process feel more transparent and manageable. Thankfully, I had a family member with experience in car buying who helped us navigate everything. Without that, I don’t feel confident we would have received a fair deal and mostly likely would of walked. My advice to anyone purchasing here: review all numbers carefully, ask questions, and don’t feel pressured to move forward until everything is fully explained. If possible, I would recommend working with Darran Matthews and Abel ONLY! Overall, Able provided excellent service, and Darran helped turn things in a better direction—but the initial experience made the process more difficult than it should have been. Pros: -Open weekends -lots to choose from Cons: -Weekend detailing crew sucks -Must be knowledgeable to be treated fairly.
