  I had an amazing experience at the dealership, and I have to give a HUGE thank you to Dominic and Nate! ❤️ When I first came in, they didn’t even have the exact car I wanted. But instead of telling me it wasn’t available or trying to convince me to settle for something else, they didn’t stop until they found exactly what I was looking for — my brand-new 2026 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid! 🙌🏽 From start to finish, both Dominic and Nate were professional, patient, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure I was happy. I never felt pressured or rushed. They listened to what I wanted and went the extra mile to make it happen. I truly appreciate everything they did behind the scenes to find my car and make this experience so special. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, and they exceeded my expectations!

  This is the fastest dealership I have ever been to. Kaleb, the service writer was so extremely helpful from start to finish. And it was on a Friday going into to the weekend. I had serious issues with the motor and it needed to be replaced. Had to rent a vehicle being I live out of town. Done deal no problem. My Santa Fe Sport was done so fast. The next week on Wednesday. The whole process even with Hyundai Corp. Was seamless and flawless. Big thanks to Kaleb and everyone at Westside Hyundai in Jacksonville.

  I am amazed at the service received. Everytime I've stepped in for any help a worker name Kaleb always stepped forward and greeted me was a sincere handshake and a warm welcome. Also helped with every problem that I've had and made me feel secure in in questioning and even in my frustration. He kept our atmosphere calm and trusting. And now for the 6th time I came up here for updates and questions for my car I'll always come and look forward to speak with Kaleb. I'd recommend anyone to be invited with his grace. Please look for him if you want great customer service.!!

  After not receiving a call back from Gainesville Hyundai regarding our alternator going, where I purchased the car not long ago we chose to go to call Westside Hyundai. Upon arrival Charles greeted us, actively listening to our concerns from being stuck in Maryland for two days due to having to wait for Hyundai there to put a new alternator in and it then showing signs of issues with it still once we returned to Fl. Charles thoroughly explained the dynamics of possible outcomes as well as the process of determination and cost. He called with the update and cost. They serviced it, completed 3 recalls and checked for any issues regarding the alternator & battery before the end of the day. He explained the performed work and patiently walked me through the payment process as well as provided flexibility regarding pickup. He was respectful, NOT pushing or wishy washy about service or cost and understanding. We will definitely be using them as needed!

  I got duped. I went to look at a specific car and they wouldn't let me look at before they got my credit report and see how much a bank would finance me. They went and got another car for me to test drive and I ask how much it was and they refused to tell me till I test drove it. I a 63 year old raising her grandchildren because her daughter passed away with with a small income. I told them I didn't want to spend over $10,000, because I'm retiring soon. The guy said it was $10,000. I said if wanted to see the car I came there to see and he said it was sold. I was taken advantage of and when I walked out with the "$10,000" car in the end I'm paying 20,000. I was duped. Never again. You should be ashamed of yourselves. They charged me 100% interest. How can they be allowed to do that. By the way the car hasn't been sold, it's still on autotrader
