  What a great service I received today from Zion, Morgan & Brian. Oil change was fast and they advised me of other preventative maintenance my car needed. They were very professional and attentive. Will definitely come back again 🙏 Highly recommended 👍

  Went to get a quick oil change against my better judgment and was proved correct very quickly. It started off with the tech not being able to open the hood, which the latch works perfectly fine on. Pretty bad start. Only got worse from there. $142 to fill me up with 4 quarts when the vehicle recommended 6, and that is the amount I paid for and requested. When the tech showed me the dipstick, it was full, now I realize he must have added a drop on the dipstick itself to make it appear full. When I got home I let the car rest, turned it on about 2 hrs later, and come to find out I was only 3/4 full. On top of that, the technician left his greasy hand prints all over the hood (of a white car) and then attempted to wipe it with his oil-clean up rag. If I wanted to get out of the car 2 times and show someone how to do a proper oil change, I would’ve just done it myself like I was planning to. Definitely won’t be coming back and absolutely would not recommend to anyone who is capable of performing an oil change and just thinks this is a better option. After pricing out everything, the filter + oil would’ve cost me only about $55 and saved me the headache. Super disappointed in the overall experience. If you made it this far in the review, save your money and do the oil change yourself.

  Amazing service, the gentlemen are very knowledgeable. They were very clear on their instructions. They checked my battery, tire pressure, signal lights and oil levels. I was in and out within 15 minutes, probably less than that. Highly recommend.

  Completely unprofessional Chris service manager of this location. As I had a call come through to me as the customer about a issue he abruptly interjected my request to reconvene the call when I was available before getting details to make a claim decision on the issue that so happened to my car right after my oil change. I will seek further legal action regarding this matter as the customer service of this employee was completely unprofessional. The members that actual worked on the vehicle deserve acknowledgement as their customer service as frontline workers was appreciated but upper management completely rude.

  Codi, Geo, and Gabe are all professional, friendly, and considerate. They effortlessly changed my Volvo’s oil and oil filter, using European-spec full synthetic oil and filter. They also topped off all the fluids, checked the high beams, low beams, brake lights, turn signals, windshield wiper blades, battery, air filter, cabin filter, and serpentine belt. To top it off, they ensured all the tires were properly inflated—all within 15 minutes, including a brief wait for the car ahead of me to finish. Friendly, efficient & competitively priced. A+👌🏼👍🏼
