He was very impressive with how he efficiently worked between the two vehicles. Friendly, professional and courteous. He was calling out steps even though he was the only employee there, not just going through the motions. He even notified me about a better promotion than the one that brought me there. I will 100% be a returning customer!
- EVEdin VakufacAug 5, 20261.0I’ve been going to this place for my last 4-5 oil changes and the last time they’ve stripped the thread on my oil pen cover (1200$ repair) and now they’re telling me they’re not responsible for the mistake they made and now im left with a 1200$ repair Yes they’re friendly Yes they’re professional Yes they follow “protocol “ but completely leave you hanging when they screw up Never going to that place again They’re all nice until something happens then they’re the biggest crooks They’re tell me the screw was “wobbly “ before they started changing the oil but there’s no wobbly because it’s either on or it’s not there’s no in between it’s pressure controlled To sum everything up great place they screw up than you’re on your own 1200$ repair after an oil change
