  Employees servicing my vehicle were awesome, however, an employee named Walter was berating another employee for whatever reason. I thought that was very unprofessional and unnecessary behavior. He needs to learn how to talk to his employees. Very rude!

  I had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with Valvoline. I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The moment I left the shop, my dashboard lit up with ABS warnings, traction control warnings, and TPMS errors that were NEVER there before the service. I returned multiple times explaining that the issue started immediately after the tire rotation. After doing my own research, I politely asked them to simply reverse the tire rotation to see if it resolved the problem. They completely refused. They also refused any refund or meaningful help. Because of their refusal to perform one simple troubleshooting step, I wasted hours of my time, dealt with days of stress and inconvenience, and was preparing to spend nearly $300 at Nissan just for diagnostics on a problem THEY created. Thankfully, I went to "Midas" for a second opinion. The gentleman there listened to the situation, rotated the tires back to their original positions FOR FREE!!, and instantly fixed the problem. Just like that. No expensive diagnostics. No complicated repairs. A simple fix that Valvoline refused to even try. What frustrates me most is that this could have been solved in minutes if the employees had the knowledge, professionalism, or willingness to actually troubleshoot the issue instead of dismissing me. I spent over $160 dealing with a problem that never existed before visiting Valvoline. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I will never return, and I strongly recommend people think twice before allowing this location to touch their vehicle.

  Great team and by far one of the best places I’ve been. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and had great attitudes—even working in the Florida heat on a weekend. I came in for an oil change, radiator flush, and tire rotation for my Chevy Spark. Eliza took great care of me—she was patient and wonderful throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely be back. 💕

  The guys at this location consistently take the best care of me and my car. They’re patient, transparent, honest, friendly, and always forthcoming with information & details I need to know. I have never once felt pressured, rushed, belittled or swindled here (I’m a single blonde woman in my 30’s, so this goes extremely far in my books.) Walter and Jordan took care of me today, I left feeling safe and super grateful. Side note: I had been gifted a Groupon from my sister for a Full Synthetic oil change, turned out it didn’t work due to the Groupon coming from a different state. Not only was Walter truly patient with me as I tried to figure out my options, he gave me suggestions for how to get it switched to a FL code which WORKED! He also gave me excellent advice for new tires. This man could not be any sweeter/more helpful.
