  I had an excellent experience at Valvoline for my oil change today. The entire team was quick, efficient, and extremely friendly from start to finish. Manager Aleisha did a fantastic job keeping everything running smoothly, and 2nd manager Jacob was professional and welcoming throughout the visit. Emmett in customer service made the process easy and stress-free with great communication and a positive attitude. Dakota on topside and Morgan on bottomside worked together like a well-oiled machine and had me in and out faster than expected while still being thorough and professional. It’s rare to find a team that combines speed, quality work, and excellent customer service this well. Highly recommend this location and appreciate the great experience from the whole crew!

  Blake and the crew here are top notch. Very clean, and professional. I know where I will be getting my oil changed moving forward!

  The team here are swift and professional. They treat you with respect as their customer. As a continuous customer that i am they keep your records on file and they also send you coupons. Why wouldn't you use them. A 15 minute oil change is better than a 5. You're not rushed in or out of there

  Alesha was very kind and gave me a discount at the end but when I pulled in my first question was I have a Groupon does that work and they said yes not Alicia the man that was also working. I think his name was Alonso. He assured me that it was not a big deal and I could use my Groupon cool we go through the whole service and he can't get the Groupon to work at the end and that's when Alicia comes over and says oh it does not work on this type of oil change, which again my first question when I arrived was does this work because I would not have had the work done had I known it did not work I would've asked for a refund for the Groupon however I was then expected to pay more money because the service was complete completed and thankfully Alicia gave me a discount because that was not in my budget for the week as I had purchased the Groupon because I did not have a lot of money to Spend so unfortunately now I am out extra money that I did not expect to spend because of your employee, not understanding how this works and again I would have left had I known it did not work I asked multiple times before they started if my Groupon would work because I did not have the money to spend if it did not

  I’ve been there multiple times years) different locations in Connecticut .annd always satisfied until this experience tgey didnt check my lights. I had to tell them to chrck my lights and my signal lights. One of my lights is out I told them to check and she wanted to charrge me before they checked the lights.and then charge me again if I needed a light bulb changed whic did not make sense but I told her that I would rather pay at the end for the whole service And then they didn’t have the light bulb in stock. I had to go to another location Valvoline and they told me I didn’t need a bulb it was the signal light problem, and line and they actually told me it was my signal light. I was very disappointed with the first one on San Juan Blvd. in Jacksonville. I went for oily and filter change also.
