  They broke our air conditioner on one of the hottest days of the summer when all they were supposed to do is add freon. Gave the car back blowing fire hot air. Lied and said it was our compressor. Horrible experience. Be weary of letting them do ANYTHING to your vehicle.

  Went in for an oil change and decided to have the ac checked because it wasn’t blowing as cold as it used to. It was working good enough to keep the cabin comfortable, but it used to blow so cold you would have to turn it on low. The Valvoline tech hooked up his gauges and said the Freon was low and he could add some. He gave us a price and we agreed Then they ran all off our Freon out of our air conditioning system. Idk how when they were supposed to be adding freon. Gave our car back blowing fire hot air from the ac, and the they blamed it on our compressor said it was cutting on and off. and left us with no air conditioning on one of the hottest days of summer(100 degrees). The next day we were able to luckily find a mobile mechanic on a Sunday to fix what Valvoline messed up, which was, the Valvoline mechanic ran out every bit of the freon from our system. So all the mobile mechanic had to do was add two can of freon, our compressor was running fine and we had cold air again. Then Valvoline denied my claim because I didn’t get a diagnostic report from A MOBILE MECHANIC! This whole ordeal with Valvoline has been my worst experience at a “mechanic” yet. I would beware of letting them even touch my car again. F-

  All of the service attendants were polite, thorough, and quick. It was an extremely pleasant experience. No one likes to go and get their oil changed, but everyone there made it a breeze!

  Tyler Phillips here, just got done with an oil change at 10:47am and it was by far the BEST experience I've had with any form of car maintenance. All the staff was extremely helpful, quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you very much for the stellar experience. I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars.

  Absolutely the worst place for any kind of service if something goes wrong then they’re not responsible they’re blaming me for them taking off a screw and stripping the thread on my oil pen Yes they’re all nice and friendly until they screw up then they blame it on everything but themselves The car was In their possession but it’s somehow my fault for the stripped thread Professional until something goes wrong Totally disappointed!!!!!
