Jimmy was super friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. The other staff was great as well and got my car in and out quick but done right. You can tell that whole staff is well trained and their teamwork speaks volumes! Thank you Jimmy and crew! I’ll definitely be recommending yall and be back!
After the recent massive floods across Jacksonville, the splash shield under my Tesla got ripped off and was dangling. While waiting for my laundry nearby, I grabbed a coffee and noticed their shop. I decided to pop in to see if they could temporarily zip-tie it.
They looked at it and honestly explained that the original mounting points were too torn to zip-tie. However, when I asked if they could fix it if I bought the replacement parts, they didn't hesitate. They told me it was no problem at all and said, "Just bring the parts back and we’ll do the repair for no charge."
I came back today with the parts, and they took care of it instantly. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and fast. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop. I highly recommend them!

Everyone there is so nice like they just made my day! the Guy with the orange hair that greeted me to Mark who took my info then Nicholas the manger, showed me how to find my mileage on my Cadillac. The guys here are fantastic and good at what they do! I was in and out in a reasonable time and they explained everything to me very informative. I will definitely be coming back to this location. I trust them with my car because these car guys just want money, but I can tell that these guys care🫶🏽

Do not come here, even if you have a coupon.
I went in today for an oil change just tk try as I have a coupon and they just newly opened. My car had zero issues before arriving, but right after they changed the oil, it wouldn’t start, and the check engine light came on. The staff claimed my battery was bad and “jumped” it for me. It’s very suspicious that this issue only happened while the car was in their bay. Before and after leaving, it started without any problems.
I scheduled an appointment at the Mazda dealership tomorrow to see if they damaged or tampered with anything.
BEWARE. A quick search on Reddit and Google shows plenty of horror stories from people whose batteries mysteriously died right after an oil change with Valvoline.
If Mazda confirms they caused damage, I will be taking this to small claims court or taking legal action.
UPDATE: Mazda staff told me that a wiring connection related to the battery had been disconnected, which prevented the car from starting. They also asked whether I noticed anything unusual with the brake pedal when I tried to start the car. I did notice that the brake pedal was unusually difficult to press at the time, which they said can happen when the related wiring is disconnected.
Mazda also checked the battery and confirmed that there was nothing wrong with it.
Since leaving Valvoline, my car has had zero starting issues. It starts immediately every time.
