  Shyanne was a breath of fresh after dealing with my first flat tire. I had to call FHP to change my flat to my spare and then headed straight to my local tire kingdom. I arrived 20 minutes before close and as a walk in. They could've said that there was only 20 minutes left and that I should make an appointment or that they were too busy with other appointments. Shyanne dealt with me fast and was just overall super kind. Not to mention that of all days for me to come in, I came in on Wednesday Women’s Day where women get 20% off. Only the Southside location is doing this and they have a different deal for each day until the end of the year! My day went from overwhelming to no worries so quick!

  Awesome customer service from the moment I walked! Shyanne went above and beyond to assist me with getting new tires today. She explained the process thoroughly and took her time with no pressure on me at all. I will be coming back just because of her excellent demeanor and professionalism! Thanks so much!

  Excellent service. I was greeted by Samona who really helpfully and pleasant. My car was taken right away for an oil change and tire rotation I requested. All work was done without being pitched any unnecessary services and was done within the time they said. I will continue to go here for my car maintenance.

  Shopping online, I found the tires I wanted at Tire Kingdom about 10 miles from my home on Southside Blvd. Price was $111 per tire. Then I realized there is a Tire Kingdom location closer to my home on Jan Jose Blvd. When attempting to schedule install at the San Jose (closer) location, I noticed the price for the same exact tires was $138 per tire. I printed out both quotes and went in person to the shop closer to me . After showing both printed quotes , I asked if this location (Jan Jose) would price match the other locations advertised price. I was told NO. They don't do price matching. I I quoted about price matching since both were Tire Kingdom quotes, again I was told NO. I conformed my local shop did not have the tires I wanted, then asked if the tires (set of 4) from the other location could be transferred to my neighborhood location and then they could install. Again I was told no. The guy behind the desk told me all he could do is install tires they had at their location And they did not have any tires in the size I needed. I simply left and scheduled at the location further from me. There a met a wonderful person behind the service desk named "Samona". She displayed excellent customer service skills and was just an all around pleasant person. I also witnessed her hadle a small rush of customers alone and she was polite and efficient. I rolled out of Tire Kingdom a happy customer, but that was of no thanks to my neighborhood location. I go back to the Southside Blvd location. That was my experience today 8/12/26

  I had a great experience at this tire shop today! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, without making me feel rushed. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured into purchasing anything. They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle and made sure I was aware of any issues that needed attention. The technicians were precise, thorough, and clearly took pride in their work. On top of the excellent service, their prices are very competitive. It’s refreshing to find a shop that provides quality work, honest recommendations, and great customer service without trying to upsell you. I definitely recommend this shop and will be coming back for my future vehicle needs! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
