Made an appointment online for a full set of tires to be swapped, showed up for my appointment 4 days later only to be told that my tires had not arrived. I returned 2 days later as requested by the staff only to be told they still were not in. Called multiple times through out the week for the tires to arrive 9 days after my initial order. I chose to look past this and still completed the service with this team. I just took my truck in for routine service to find out that their team had damaged my wheels so bad that the service tech advised they will eventually crack completely and should be fully replaced.

It ended up that the tire couldn’t be repaired so I brought it back to the dealership because I had road hazard on my tires. Tire kingdom didn’t even charge me for their inspection. I will 💯 absolutely return when I need repairs again!
