⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at this car wash! From the moment I arrived, the gentleman who helped me with the payment was very welcoming and kind. He explained the different offers and was so sweet and helpful. While I was vacuuming my car, Jerrel, the assistant manager, came over to check on me and make sure I was doing okay and had everything I needed. He was incredibly nice, attentive, and professional. It’s refreshing to receive such genuine kindness and great customer service. Both of them made my visit a really positive experience. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed! 😊

Enjoyed stopping by and trying out this new location here on Southside blvd Jerrell gave the best customer service right from the beginning as we pulled up to the wash selection station until the end as we were leaving. My kids also enjoyed his customer service as well as they loved the lollipops and sunglasses they were given. The wash was great and took the bugs off from my car.

I must say I was glad to see this location open with the new management. My car was so dirty even the dirt on my tire/rims don’t also come right off without using using no scrub all wheel cleaner. Mannnnnn was I happen with this car wash. Jerrel was the greatest with helping me with the membership. Can’t bet $9.98 first month. If you are in the area. Do stop by and get that car wash. Also they are playing music for everyone if you need that extra help. It ain’t nothing like a well diverse family friendly music. Thanks for the cool gear.

I had such a great experience! The customer service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. They made sure all of my questions were answered and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. It’s not often you come across such great customer service, and I truly appreciate the effort and kindness I received. I would definitely recommend them and will be returning in the future! And big thanks to Joseph for helping me and being so kind

Great experience with Anthony and the Sud Stop crew! The only reason I’m leaving 4 out of 5 is because of LOW PRESSURE in two places: 1] the vacuum cleaner had extremely low suction pressure 2] the sink sprayer nozzle had extremely low water pressure. It seemed like the water for the sink was also connected to the water for the car wash, and when a car was going through the wash there was barely any water pressure. Even without a car going through the wash the water pressure was weak. Tough to spray grains of sand off. Both of those things need improvement, but otherwise a nice car wash. I absolutely LOVE the glass cleaner and all-purpose spray! Thanks Sud Stop!!
