  Normally do the work myself but from everyone else suggesting I get a used BMW looked at I can say Southside Euro sets the standard for everything a shop should. From getting it in early at drop off, the pictures and very detailed descriptions there was no need to call and ask. Although I don’t go with them to do repairs I could do myself I’d say they were still very detailed and professional in their work. If there’s any job I have in the future, I won’t be thinking of any other shop to take my BMW or Lexus.

  Great place for your Euro car. Good people who do great mechanical work. Will be back there for more maintenance for my car (2012 C350).

  Had a 9am appointment. Dropped it off the night before via the key drop off. Got a call the next day at close to 11 saying my car was ready.my issues were fixed and my car rides smooth. They even washed my car for me. Great service and communication. I have found my place for mechanical issues for my VOLVO

  I brought my Range Rover in for a coolant leak after another repair shop was unable to fix the issue. Southside Euro diagnosed and completed the repair faster than I expected, Even though they had to squeeze me in. The pricing was very fair and their text communication was great throughout the process. This was my first experience with them, but they will be the first I call for any future service needs!

  My family had a very disappointing experience here. My mom and sister brought a car in specifically for a diagnostic, and the shop accepted it knowing they did not have the proper software to work on that type of vehicle. Despite this, they proceeded anyway and claimed the car needed a new battery just to perform the diagnostic, charging around $300 even though the battery was only about a year old. After that, they informed them they could not actually diagnose or repair the vehicle due to lacking the necessary software. To make matters worse, they still charged an additional diagnostic fee of over $200, even though no meaningful work was completed and the issue was never identified. In total, they paid over $500 and left with no answers and no resolution. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.
