The positive rating is all due to the incredible service by Miguel in Jacksonville Airport. His kindness and attention is unlike any we have ever received. It is people like Miguel that make even the most difficult travel feel smooth and worthwhile. We are left wishing there is a Miguel everywhere we go - he truly is the best!
Seriously, Miguel is incredible. Hope to see him again soon. He is the sole reason we will rent with SIXT again.
Buyer beware! – there is bait and switch going on with this business and they hide behind 'variable dynamic pricing' and 'same category' to overcharge you when the M class car you reserved is not available. Happened to me and after weeks of customer service emails the best they could do was offer me a $35 credit. I can look up the cost of both cars right now and one is nearly double the other. They even acknowledge their oversight but could apparently do no more. To be clear, don't ever pay for the upgrade ahead of time. The vehicle won't be there (because apparently the whole industry still can't figure out how to reserve a car for you, while selling you that concept) and they won't adjust the price for the lesser vehicle because 'they are in the same category.'

Miguel and Lena at SIXT Jacksonville Airport provided an exceptional rental experience. Miguel was amazing—extremely professional, attentive, detailed, and committed to making sure everything went smoothly. Lena was equally outstanding when handing over the vehicle keys, providing friendly, efficient, and professional service. Both went above and beyond. A well-deserved 10 out of 10 for service, professionalism, and the overall experience. Thank you, Miguel and Lena!
I picked up my rental from SIXT and had the pleasure of meeting Lena. Let me tell you, Lena was a whole experience!
She greeted me with a smile, got me checked in quickly, and somehow managed to make the entire rental process feel like I was catching up with an old friend instead of picking up a car.
Lena knows exactly what she was doing. By the time I got the keys, I wasn’t sure if I had rented a car or accidentally joined the SIXT family!
Five stars for Lena — she definitely made the pickup experience memorable.

My experience with SIXT Jacksonville International Airport has been a disaster that is STILL continuing almost a month later.
During my rental, a tire blew out and I was left stranded on the side of the road for approximately 5½ hours waiting for assistance.
Afterward, I dealt with two Jacksonville managers, Collins and Aliyah. Aliyah provided her contact information and we were told assistance would be provided, including a complimentary ride back to our Airbnb. That did not happen, and communication eventually stopped.
Collins told me he was working to resolve the situation and repeatedly pushed me to complete a customer survey. I told him I would complete the survey once my money and the situation were actually resolved. After that, I felt his attitude toward me changed.
Thankfully, I SAVED MY DOCUMENTATION.
After the vehicle was returned on July 30, Collins personally sent me a SIXT statement showing Complete Protection, including Extended Roadside Protection, Personal Accident Coverage and Personal Property Coverage.
However, a later final statement for the SAME RENTAL no longer shows those protection products.
Now, almost a month later, SIXT is STILL contacting me regarding a claim involving the blown tire and requesting my personal automobile insurance information. I have been told they cannot see the protection, even though I have the SIXT statement Collins himself sent me showing those protection products.
I have saved the statements, screenshots, text messages, dates and timestamps.
I want SIXT to explain why its Jacksonville manager sent me a statement showing Complete Protection, why the later final statement does not show it, and why Claims is still contacting me weeks later.
What started as a 5½-hour roadside nightmare has turned into weeks of unresolved billing, management, protection and claims issues. Almost a month later, I am still trying to get straight answers.
