  Do not believe for ONE minute that this company will reimburse your deposit in three to five business days as they suggest at the time of rental. I am now three weeks past turning in the rental car and nothing. Another call to customer service and now I am told it is 15 business days. Quite the business practice to assist with cash flow I would say. Very disappointing.

  Great price, nice car, but shit customer service. Rude and doesn't listen. Fun fact - they put a 30 day hold on your deposit after they "release it", and will tell you it is your banks processing vs their hold.

  The Gentleman that helped us was very kind and the lady at the window was just as helpful and friendly they both made our rental experience worth while! Beings it was our 1st time renting a car we didn’t know what to do or where to go and this company seemed like the right fit very glad we chose them definitely giving them a 5 star!

  I'd like to commend this business for doing the right thing after a mistake was made. My husband was overcharged for a rental and management made sure it was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. We appreciate the willingness to make things right.
