  Sixt along with Expedia are knowingly misleading customers with their bookings through Expedia. My family is out of 493.17 because they refuse to provide a full or partial refund for booking that could not be honored. They claim it is based on policies however none of those policies are being implemented during your booking via Expedia. Once he exited his flight he was left stranded unable to retrieve the rental, he couldn’t cancel because the time lapsed due to leaving straight from the plane. And they refuse any assistance and no money back. I will never book or recommend anyone else to book with Sixth or Expedia

  Sixt certainly was our savior during a recent trip to attend our son’s graduation! We had rented through Expedia who works with Easirent and had booked a car 3 months in advance. We got into Jacksonville about 10 PM and not only did we not see Easirent at the airport, when we called to figure where to pick up the shuttle, Easirent let us know they had no cars!! So much for renting 3 months in advance!! As Expedia and Easirent were busy pointing fingers at each other, the representative at Sixt helped us right away!! There was no line like the other companies and we walked right up! The representative even felt our pain and did his best to match the pricing we received on the original reservation with Easirent. He came close and we were off with a car within 15 minutes!! This was my first time renting a car with Sixt and I will look to rent with Sixt on future trips! An incredible experience! It gets even better as we returned the car! The rep to take the keys was not there, however, one of the managers at Sixt who was not even working but a renter like us by the name of Colin helped us with return. He stepped up even though he did not need to and helped. It’s that kind or dedication and professionalism that will leave a lasting good memory with me! If you haven’t rented with Sixt, give them a try! You won’t regret it!!

  Absolutely love renting from this company. This is our fourth time with them and the never disappoint us. This time we were in Jacksonville and our experience was the best ever. Ronnie at the counter was a rock star and took great care of us. 5 stars all around.

  Was pretty disappointed with the predatory tactics around refueling the vehicle. Was told whenever I returned the vehicle would be $90 for half a tank of gas. I was running late to the airport so I just brushed it off and moved on. Unfortunately, they charged me $164 for half a tank of gas as well as a $45 fee on top of that. I find this to be excessive for half a tank of fuel that likely cost $50. I was expecting to be charged of premium but not four times as much as the actual cost. I will use someone else to rent cars in the future.

  Normally I rent with Sixt but this time I was put in a different car place by my company and was unable. I never have heard of easy rent and that is where i was picking up. I came to get my bags and did not see the easy rent office. I saw sixt and asked the person working if they have heard of this company. The person working (whos name tag read "The Empres") looked at my and asked if this was the information section or Sixt, very rude and pointed to a desk across the airport and told me to ask them. Never have I had this type of experience from Sixt and I was very shocked just a simple question would set someone off like that. Everyone has their bad days but this was just insane. I'll still rent from Sixt but would prefrence not to be assistance with "The Empres"
