- LCLawrence CashOct 2, 20265.0Customer service was great. Polite greeting, fully aware of repair needing to be completed. I was only responsible to deliver the vehicle, sorry no more Intel to give.

- SNSteve NguyenAug 31, 20265.0Shifters Transmission did a great job with replacing the alternator in my truck. My truck is driving like new again. Kudos to Mike and his team!
- CFCharles FordhamAug 5, 20265.0I am pleased to share a very helpful and pleasant encounter on this past Friday, 7/30/2026 with Mr. Chris Dalton , the Manager of Shifters on Dunn Avenue. With a slight concern with how my car was shifting, and based on a recommendation from a good friend, we reached out directly to Shifters. We were greeted with Mr. Dalton's friendly (professional) voice and invited to schedule an appointment for a check-up. A day later, Mr. Dalton personally inspected the auto, asked great questions, responded to all inquiries and provided an excellent recommendation. It was a pleasure to connect with Shifters on Dunn Avenue.
- SRShayne ReynoldsJul 14, 20265.0I’ve had my car at 2 different shops. Wasn’t satisfied with their process or pricing so I let it sit for a couple months while I found a good shop to do a tcm replacement and reprogramming in house. I was able to speak to Chris at Shifters. Chris was patient and diligent. Didn’t blow smoke but instead took my number down to do some leg work to get me some answers on parts and in house capabilities. Based on the phone convo alone I would recommend this shop
