  Very easy to schedule. Communication was excellent. The technician was prompt and professional. My windshield was replaced quickly with no interruption to my day.

  I am extremely disappointed with this company. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I would NEVER recommend Safe lite based on how poorly this situation has been handled from start to finish. My windshield was replaced on March 13, 2026, and the recalibration issues began immediately afterward when they damaged my car during installation. I followed satellite’s instructions and took my vehicle to the dealership, where they identified and documented the issues related to the windshield replacement. I provided all of the requested documentation and have done everything I was asked to do to get this resolved. The most frustrating part has been Safelite’s complete lack of accountability and communication. I have repeatedly followed up regarding reimbursement and resolution of this issue. I have even reached out directly to both district and regional managers and have received no response. At this point, I have gone far beyond what should reasonably be expected of a customer simply trying to get an issue corrected. It is extremely unprofessional to ignore a customer after they have provided the requested documentation and made multiple attempts to resolve the problem. I should not have to continuously chase a company for a resolution to an issue that occurred following their service. This has been an incredibly frustrating and time consuming experience, and the lack of communication has made it even worse. I expected Safelite to stand behind their work and take responsibility when problems arose. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I will not be recommending Safelite to anyone. If you choose to use them, I strongly recommend making sure you understand how issues involving recalibration, dealership repairs, and reimbursement will be handled before allowing them to replace your windshield. I recommend going anywhere but these people to have any sort of windshield repair done.

  I had a 7.5” crack in my windshield from a rock. The whole thing had to be replaced by an aftermarket windshield. I was hesitant how it was going to look, but once it was installed I couldn’t even tell the difference! It looked amazing! Alex, was the technician. He did very professional work. Out of all my previously owned vehicles, I’ve always used Safelite. I highly recommend!

  Absolutely horrible customer service. I waited around all day on Saturday for them to show up only to be told. No one was coming because they didn’t have my VIN number. Why didn’t you ask for the VIN number at the time of scheduling and how can you schedule without a Vin number? Spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone dealing with customer service and actually opened up a claim for the problem. I asked for a easy solution To resolve the inconvenience. It wasn’t even discussed all they kept saying was oh I’m so sorry. Action speak louder than words. Very disappointed, and this was an insurance claim that was recommended through my insurance company.

  It was such a positive experience the Safelite representative who came on a Friday late afternoon, Courtney Granger was very professional. My husband and I watched everything because this was the first windshield that we have ever had to replace. The work that went into it was quite interesting and Courtney was methodical in each step and very careful. He said the job would take about an hour and 15 minutes. There was much he had to do many pieces he used to get the glass out and he was so clean. He perfection quite a sight to behold. We were so impressed and grateful that Courtney Granger was your representative to come to our home. He did an excellent job and as a person he was top notch, confident and we are so pleased with the window replacement and your company. Thank you
