  No fault of the store but their dispatch and scheduling is sub par I have a 96 mustang winshield was leaking called for a qoute got setup with an appointment to be called the day before appt to be told were canceling the appointment due to leak and it be an older there is rust so you need to go to a body shop well called another company and got it fixed today guess what not any rust or bubbles on the car the seal had detached like I explained twice.

  DO NOT WORK WITH SAFELITE. I had my appointment scheduled for Friday and I received multiple texts updating me until they told me my appointment was cancelled. After talking with over 4 different costumer service callers they all gave me no reason and told me to reschedule. After talking to about 10 different people trying to confirm that everything will work out, and unable to contact the physical shop because of their AI helper. Once I finally got on the phone with someone from the shop they told me that they don’t work with cars older than 20 years old (I have a 1999 Tacoma). They were an awful help and waisted lots of my time. 1/100

  Exceeded my expectations! Safelite put my car in the shop before the scheduled time, and before I knew it, Sedrick was handing me the keys! Mother Nature will test the seal this weekend on the new windshield.

  Ask for Tyler. Best technician and stellar customer service! When he couldn’t repair the crack in my windshield safely, he stopped the progression so I could continue to drive until my replacement appointment. He went over my schedule with me and actually booked the appointment for me. I work out of town several days a week and he was even willing to schedule an appointment for me at my out of town work location if needed. Customer service like this is rare these days and it is much appreciated. Special thanks to Tyler for making the process seamless with zero downtime in my busy surgery schedule!

  This has to be the worst unprofessional company I have ever worked with. The broke a part in my car when changing the windshield and the manager gave me such a hard time about repairing it. When they finally agreed to repair it, they actually damaged the car more. I am attaching pictures to show the damage. Allan should not be a manager, because on two different occasions he did not have the respect to speak to me. When I went there he would not come out and talk to me, and when I called him back today 10 minutes after his tech was on the phone with him he was gone for the day. I have taken my car to the dealership to have it fixed the correct way, but buyer beware of this place and the lack of professionalism. I also reached out to the corporate customer service, but they don't do anything either.
