I don’t want to leave a one star review because I actually had a really decent experience and a solid sales rep. I do, however, think he was handicapped by the management team at that location. I actually spent 10 years in the car business and run the largest boat dealer in the world as the VP. I make an excellent living, have 700+ credit and can afford any new vehicle Cadillac represents. I went in after comparing the Tahoe, Infiniti, Lexus, and Escalade. I let my wife decide which car she wanted bc she is the one driving the vehicle. For reference, I’ve had 3 car payments over $1500 in the last 6 years including 2 GTR’s, and an S63 AMG. My wife really wanted the Escalade and I asked repeatedly for a rough breakdown for both a lease or a purchase. I was willing to splurge a little bc I always get the fancy cars and she’s had the same SUV for 10 years. I now have a company truck so it made sense to get her something nice. my budget was 1500-2000 a month. I really didn’t want to do more than 1500 a month but she’s my rock, so I would sacrifice the extra $500-1000 a month to see her happy. This purchase/lease was more about “happy wife happy life” than financial stipulations or calculations. The team there really let the salesman down. I was willing to drop 10-20k down and get her what she wanted. The issue I have is that I didn’t even get presented numbers. Not a worksheet, not a quote, nothing. No one even took a TO. Listen, I sold 30-40 cars a month, and this isn’t coming from a person that doesn’t understand the business. The management team there is lacking aggression and salesmanship. No one offered to sell me a late model used unit, asked what my max budget was, no one even tried to sell me a car. No one compared what I was looking at and went over the massaging chairs, autopilot, etc as features and benefits against the competitors. I asked for a breakdown and or a pencil numerous times. I really wanted to negotiate and try to get as close to $1500 a month as possible with 10k down. I would have used Vystar if need be as they had a pretty good rate for me at 75/84 months. Little feedback for your team is always get a pencil to the customer no matter what. People shop whether you get them a quote or not. I certainly did and bought a unit the same day. We liked our sales rep. This wasn’t his fault at all. I can tell the managers thought we were way off on budget without qualifying me, or my wife who owns her own business, and has excellent credit as well. No one even reduced to ridiculous on payment. If I was at 2k instead of 1500 that’s only 500 a month or less than 20 bucks a day, and you’re already paying 50 bucks a day at 1500, what’s 70 bucks a day to get your wife the unit she loves? Some people bump easily, like me. Especially when we understand you have to pay to play. Wish your team all the best and I harbor no ill. I hope this feedback helps realign the process of getting numbers, information into the system, and the road to the sale in general. All the best
I had a great experience purchasing my new car at Randy Marion Cadillac of Jacksonville. From negotiation of the selling price to signing with the finance mgr, everything was smooth! Their “no pressure sales approach” was also greatly appreciated! Well done!

After spending a couple of days visiting other car dealerships and getting the runaround, Randy Marion Cadillac of Jacksonville made us feel right at home. We went in with a specific number and price in mind, and Catherine was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for. At no point did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of us or that we were just another sale. Catherine was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She was personable, welcoming, and took the time to genuinely connect with my wife while we waited. She made the entire experience feel comfortable and personal, and you could tell that she truly cared about us as people not just as customers. Antoine was just as impressive on the finance side. He took the time to work through the numbers and was able to save us money, which made an already great deal even better. His knowledge and effort made a real difference, and we truly appreciated him working to get us the best deal possible. Both Catherine and Antoine went above and beyond, even placing a bow on the car and adding a sign congratulating us on our new car and soon-to-be baby boy. To make the experience even better, the manager also came down personally to congratulate us on our new purchase, which was a thoughtful touch and made us feel truly valued. My wife was beyond excited about getting her new car, and I was even more excited about the price! Overall, we had an amazing experience. Catherine and Antoine are a huge asset to Randy Marion Cadillac of Jacksonville, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely values its customers.

The sales man was very kind and try hard to meet my price but the agency was more interested in making a profit . Regardless the car I got was 2 years old the price was still high but i decided to buy it anyway. It’s beautiful and hopefully I won’t regret to get rid of my Subaru.

Worst experience ever, been there seven times for the CUE issues. Had it replaced twice. Had my battery replaced last week which took three hours; drove off the lot; air temperature registered at 32 degrees; it’s 95 here. Brought it back. Another hour. Cue keeps going out intermittently; black when I start it. Talked to Ronnie last week, said software update. Brought it in today. Left went to Publix, Wawa, started it black again. Drove back to the dealership. Came on after 15 minutes. . He had me turn it off, waited 5 minutes; black again. Ronnie put in the service order saying no music? You can hear music, but screen is black; no navigation; nothing. Did you even do a software update? Not indicated on my receipt. Ronnie said they are very vague and wasn’t sure what they did in service?!?! Too many times , said don’t bring your car in for service on weekend because no qualified techs; short handed. You tell me this after 7 times? Took off from work today with the same issue when I left. I’ve texted Nick and Shawn, asked for a call back several times. No transparency. I have been in credit unions 30 years and my purpose is to take care of anyone and everyone. You want to feel acknowledged and reassured, respected. Not the case here. Horrible, horrific service to say the least. Salesman came out while I was waiting, why would I buy to give you my business after all this. You would think by now you would make it right. Starts with the top showing accountability but that’s not happening. The past few months , several staff left. Short handed and unacceptable unsafe service. I have had three Cadillacs and never ever ever ever had this horrible experience; not acceptable for the owner said she was contacting the manger which Nick or Shawn never did all the times I was there. I’ve tried, nothing
