Service department is not worth your time or your money. Have taken my Escalade many times and for the last three oil changes each time I have picked it up the check engine light is still on Or it comes on within 24 hours of picking it up. Dropped it off for a service today and explicitly asked about the check engine light, when the advisor called after the technician had “made his recommendations” they were suggesting thousands of dollars worth of work but had forgotten to look at why the check engine light was on. I told them I was not agreeing to the services at this time, but would like to see an itemized printout of the estimate when I come to pay for the oil change and when I got there No itemized estimate could be produced and they still had not run the code for the check engine light. I was told “it’s a transmission code” But they had not run it to see what exactly it was for…? The service work I have had done outside of an oil change has been subpar at best, as a matter of fact when I called at one point to discuss an issue with the work that had been Completed I was told that “The technicians on the weekends aren’t the best“And that I should bring my vehicle back during the week… i’ve been going on weekdays since then and I would not say it’s any better
The service department here is what completely sets this dealership above the rest. I had an issue with my brand new car and called this morning. Mary answered and heard the distress in my voice and spoke to my advisor to get me in right away. I got paired with Ora. What angel these women are!! Ora was quick to get me in, helped me with our loaner and our infant also thoroughly enjoyed his time there! They were friendly, attentive and honestly a joy to be around. Thank you! So glad my first experience was a great one!

I had a roadside incident and my car was towed to the dealership on a Sunday, and Paula Beck absolutely went above and beyond. On her day off, she responded from her personal cell, coordinated everything, and made sure the car was fully taken care of. She had every reason to wait until Monday, but instead she stepped in and handled it like it was her top priority. That kind of dedication and customer service is incredibly rare these days. Paula is the real deal. Thank you Paula!
