I came in front out of town and realized my mom’s car needed an oil change. I was super skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but I’m so glad I came anyway. Mr. Don in service was absolutely amazing. Got my car in and out for an oil change and tire rotation. They even washed it for us.
I’m not in the market to purchase, but Mr. Rod in sales stepped over while I was looking at some of the inventory. We had a wonderful conversation and he was very professional rather than pushy. I’m really glad I gave Randy Marion a chance and even more glad I won’t be driving home with 5% oil life. If I’m ever in from Atlanta again and need service, I’ll surely return!
I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Suburban from Randy Marion Cadillac of Jacksonville less than two months ago. Since purchasing the vehicle, I've already had to replace the battery after it failed unexpectedly. Shortly after that, the A/C stopped cooling properly. I initially believed it was simply low on refrigerant, but after having it professionally diagnosed, the shop confirmed a leaking rear evaporator core using UV dye. The repair estimate is approximately $1,700.
While I understand this is a used vehicle, I did not expect to face major repairs within weeks of purchase. Having to replace the battery and now a significant A/C component so soon after buying the vehicle has been very disappointing. I had hoped for a more reliable vehicle and a better ownership experience from a dealership with Randy Marion's reputation. I hope the dealership will consider assisting customers when major issues arise so soon after a sale.
