Pumps wont give you receipts and after waiting inside for my receipt they can’t find my purchase with my vehicle still park at the pump… then bought some beef empanada and they had them on the wrong side so I ended up with chicken. Manager Li refused to gave me the right product cause I already bite one of them. Horrible customer service and bad / negative attitude. Feel like you’re bothering them stopping there. Keep going this crew need training

I will be filing a complaint with the state because, regardless of the amount, customers should receive the exact change they are owed. What makes this even more frustrating is that not using pennies is their choice. If they choose not to use pennies, why not round up in the customer's favor instead of keeping the customer's pennies? I'll tell you why! Even if they only keep an average of 3 cents per transaction, a customer who visits 4 times a month would lose about $1.44 per year. That may not sound like much, but if 10,000 customers experience the same thing, that's about $14,400 per year. At 20,000 customers, it would be nearly $29,000 per year. And these calculations use very conservative numbers. The actual amount could be significantly higher depending on the number of customers and transactions. For a large company, this practice is unacceptable. Perhaps they think, "It's only pennies, no one will notice." Well, I noticed. Small amounts add up quickly when applied across thousands of transactions.
