  I am a tier four RaceTrac member which means I have spent a lot of money at RaceTrac all over Florida. Every time I go to the RaceTrac on beach blvd in Jacksonville, there is one employee, Michelle, who always gives me the worst customer service you can get anywhere. She has literally scolded me and talked down to me on several occasions. Left me waiting at the counter while she diddles around. Whenever I ask her to to do something like play a number for me in the Florida lotto, she raises her voice to tell me to go and fill it out on the slip, that she doesn’t have time for that, even though I told her the slip I needed was out. Michelle is by far the rudest, meanest, unprofessional employee I have ever met at racetrac or any company for that matter. When the first incident happened I thought she was just having a bad day, but now I am certain she just has a nasty attitude. I am willing to bet I am not the only person to have this experience. If racetrac doesn’t address this, I will be spending my money elsewhere from now on.

  Many pumps constantly don't work! The cashier at the checkout, a black woman, is very rude!

  If I could get this RaceTrac a negative I would I go to get a soda the machine does not have any carbonation in it you asked the employee hey can you fix it they're like they don't know how to do anything they say you have to wait for daytime people to come in to fix it then you got to pump gas you put your card in the machine and the machines are broken you can't use your credit card at the gas pump because they are all broken and once again the employees inside don't know how to fix those machines to get them to work with your credit card my question is why are you open if you don't know what you are doing and how to work things just closed the shop down

  It's a very nice store But 80% of the time all the employees are on the phone, talking on speaker, barely paying attention to the customers and are cursing and raising their voice to whoever they're talking to like they're all kids.It's not respectful at all. I go once or twice a week after church and it's enough to notice that it's not cool especially in front of the kids I go with and kids that go there. A little etiquette and common decency would go a long way for the employees at the store. And I don't think just because you're in the kitchen means you can be loud and a nuisance(You're still part of the store everybody could see and hear you)
