Please do not tell people to go to Pilot and Park, pilot is way worse the same towing company goes to Pilot and tow as well. I've actually seen them go in there and steal people trucks with not even trying to get ahold of the driver. Management that was there at the time started a tow Truck frenzy with a tow truck company have access just to go in there and grab trucks that they didn't think that was in the proper parking area. I've seen them go in there and even tow a truck that was running because they could not get a hold of the driver they did a snatch and grab it ran out with the guy's truck the guy came out of the truck stop his truck was gone. The tow company is about 2 mi down the road from the truck stop he had to pay $900 to get his truck back for a 2 mile tow that was illegal towed and had to sign saying that they were not responsible for any damage. Lots of people don't know that you can sue the tow company or the business if they actually have done illegal towing. If you not sure on what you can do always confront with a lawyer they will let you know if you have a case or not just don't take it laying down. Because pilot definitely were doing a lot of illegal towing. They want to make you pay for a parking spot just to go use the restroom or take a shower. They don't have anything to do over there at pilot after 1:00 in the morning they're walking around the parking lot 1 2 3 4:00 in the morning just to see if anybody's not parking in a spot. who have that time to do that, that time of the morning. Drivers would park respectfully to each other and if a driver was parked in front of another driver and the driver woke him up that driver would move to let him out with no issues the truck stops to make more of an issue out of certain cases than drivers do. I blame half of this crap on the government when they came out with the e-log because more drivers that would normally be running at night they shut down at night now because everybody's working during the day and try to be off the road at night so it makes the truck stop more packed than before cause before e-logs it used to be a split some drivers would work during the day so I'm driving will work at night so that kept the balance now everybody's trying to work during the day and be off at night so now that doubles the truck in the truck stop where there's no parking and the towing companies and truck stops are taking advantage of it now you have to pay to park or get towed are you going to pay one way or the other. Everybody's taking advantage of the e-log against drivers because the brokers are taking advantage since the he lost came out rates are lower now because they know the driver either going to take it low or lay over for another 10 hours. There's no place to park so now you going to Pilot every spot you have to pay to park so now that's against the driver. The government don't care about you big business all it is is about money money money money money money 🤑🤑💰💰🤑🤑 at the expense of the owner operator or drivers.
