The manager needs to be fired. I have know this homeless man for over 2 years. He has never stolen anything. He rarely askes for a cigarette. He does little odd side hustles to make his money. When he went inside, like hes done for years she started yelling saying no, no homeless people are allowed in here. I do understand a lot of honeless people have no food or drinks and do go inside and steal as well as dirty the bathrooms trying to clean up. It does need to be managed A lot of stores have made it to where no public restrooms. While most every gas station, where there is large group homeless, have signs bathrooms out of order and wont even let customers use it. These are not the answers. Please quit being lazy. Telling non customers they cant use your bathroom may cause them to never come back. Just because today they arnt your customer, dont mean they wont be in the future. Its illegal to not have working restrooms for customers. So thise keep bathroom locked for days can be reported and get fined. I do think that all bags being oeft at counter is ok. It has to be consistent with all customers, but this wont harm anyone. .As a person whos worked in customer service my entire life, you cant judge one person because of a group they fall in. No 2 people are the same. For your store to make the most profit possible its your job to pay attention to every customer. This man spends at least $30 every week at your store probably a lot more then thats in cigs, food, snacks, and drinks. Comes in everyday.and has never caused ny problems. If i know someones homeless and they come in its my job to watch. Are they stealing? When they use the bathroom, go in after them and see if they made a mess. If they did ban them. (This also keeps other customers from going into a dirty bathroom since if it's dirty i hope you clean it) Pull up their picture in camera and make sure all employees know that person can never come back into the establishment. Make a wall that employees go by regularly and put oicture on it. Its not like your getting new groups of homeless people everyday. For majority, they stay in the same location. To the short haired manager who ive now seen do this to 4 different people, do your job quit being lazy and shaming someone who is already going threw a situation you couldnt imagine. But for you to disrespect him like that in front of if everyone shows me you have no business in your position. Please do better. They are humans too.

They are not cycling their inventory or checking their products. On 2 occasions I’ve purchased expired drinks from this location. I shouldn’t have to eyeball a soda to make sure it’s not expired this isn’t a dairy product or anything that would have a shorter shelf life. Being pregnant and unknowingly drinking an expired beverage is such an issue it doesn’t matter how little of it I consume. And for this to happen on multiple occasions too! It’s lazy to not simply do quality control and make sure your products are expired and over a month expired on both items I purchased.
