Left to work alone and does not stress at his long line and keeps excellent customer service: think they should have more than one employee there at lunch but wanted to give him a shout out and definitely earned the 5 star review/

Forced to prepay and unknown amount and was told that credit not used would be returned to card automatically that is ridiculous. NEVER an issue at LOVE'S our first time at a PILOT treated like a criminal

- FFFMay 21, 20261.0After 4 years in trucking and being a loyal Pilot customer, I think I’ve been to almost every Pilot truck stop in USA. This is by far the dirtiest and worst smelling Pilot I have ever visited. Management seriously needs improvement, and the store needs a manager who is more ambitious and takes pride in keeping the place clean and professional.
