  Pilot here is working hard on great customer service. The building is under renovation for our benefit. We see your work Pilot staff and this trucker wants to tell you, You are all appreciated here by me. Lot a star because the hand soap in the woman's bathroom being empty and the other bottom is broke off. Also, the breakfast sandwich I bought was so hot, the lable is burnt.

  Place is small but had parking on a Saturday so I could do a couple loads of laundry and grab a nice shower. WARNING- Shower 2 needs some handles installed for saftey. The water pressuse will knock you down if you're not paying attention. It was great!

  Paid parking but there is literally always a spot open, and with it being a half mile from a blue beacon and adjacent to interstate re entry, it's worth the brief hassle. Undergoing renovations

  I have been a Customer of this location for 3 years now. The Staff is phenomenal! Everyone is nice, regardless of “ethnicity.” The Cinnabon there is impeccable, the Ladies & Gentlemen make the items fresh throughout the day. To the morning employees of Cinnabon, who make nasty & degrading comments when I arrive in the morning: I’m an open book! If you have a question, feel free to ask. I wear my feathers PROUDLY; I’m a Nubian King (Black) & Native Seminole (Indian). It’s concerning to hear employees speak loud-enough for me to hear, being unkind. Please do better! I prefer to purchase a Cinnabon for my partner and myself, however I haven’t conducted business with your stand. I can hear what you young ladies say, three times thus far, deterring my interest in making a purchase with Cinnabon. I hope you both have a blessed day, I hope everything works in your favor and I hope you understand my feelings. I know this “World’s People” are divided. To lift your spirits: You’re Celestial Nubian Queens, descended from a HIGHER POWER. We’re all one, separated by “ethnicity” through Stolen Land!   I used to come here a lot but now all there spots are paid parking. Ridiculous like they don't make more than enough from drivers already. Won't be coming back again. Problem is these truck stops forget that without truck drivers they would be nothing. Why the hell should we pay to park to bring our business to them. It's pathetic and insulting to the men and women that sacrifice daily away from home to keep this country moving
