I purchased a Nissan Armada from this dealership for nearly $60,000 and also purchased an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty. The dealership also advertised a lifetime powertrain warranty. Over the last four years, I have had every service performed here, including oil changes, brakes, tires, and all recommended maintenance. Unfortunately, my experience when I actually needed warranty support has been extremely disappointing. A previous repair was delayed because the dealership had never properly filed my lifetime powertrain warranty paperwork. I had to contact the warranty company and Nissan myself to get the issue corrected. More recently, I was told I needed a nearly $900 maintenance service that would supposedly affect my warranty if I declined. After I asked them to review their records, they admitted I had already completed that service and apologized. During the same visit, I was told I had an oil leak requiring an estimated $3,000 repair. Communication was poor, my warranty claim sat untouched for about a month, and I repeatedly had to follow up myself. When I finally contacted the warranty company directly, I learned the dealership had submitted the claim a month late stating that “the customer said there was a leak”—something I never said. In fact, I questioned whether there was a leak from the beginning. After the service manager asked me to leave my vehicle with them for several days so he could personally oversee the inspection, I was told they had been unable to find any active oil leak. Instead, they described seeing only what appeared to be a very minor seepage and acknowledged the technician had likely overstated the issue. This was after I had already spent weeks trying to get answers for a repair that ultimately wasn’t supported by their own inspection. Between my husband’s Nissan and mine, we’ve spent well over $100,000 with this dealership in vehicle purchases and service. I expect mistakes to happen, but I don’t expect repeated warranty issues, poor communication, inaccurate information that could have cost me $3000, and having to manage my own warranty claims myself.

Mr. Devalle Robinson of the Vehicle Exchange Program is personable, affable and sincere. He perfectly suited for the program, I did Not feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle. In fact I was waiting to have my truck serviced and he handed his card to all the customers in the room. I out of curiosity followed him to his desk for more information then purchased a 2026 Frontier. His diligent effort and those of the finance were exceptional. My kudos to Nissan of Orange Park for their vision to take the program to higher heights.

Gave them a second chance after a call from corporate, but Robert proved nothing has changed. A few months back, I stopped coming here because of how terrible this service department is. I had a 6:15 PM appointment booked through customer service, and the advisor, Robert, was incredibly rude, caught an attitude, and blamed his own team for the "wrong" scheduling with zero apology. I took my business elsewhere. Recently, a Nissan rep called me and begged me to give them another shot. Against my better judgment, I decided to try again and booked an appointment for today. Even though it's a holiday observance, they took the appointment. But the moment I walked in, who do I find? Robert. And right on cue, he tells me it's going to take six hours just to get a basic oil change. Six hours for a scheduled oil change is absolutely ridiculous. They clearly don't value people's time, and Robert's customer service is consistently awful. I’m officially done with this place.

I’m giving this dealership 3 stars. I would have given 2, but our salesperson, Steve, earned an extra star. I have no complaints about him. Thank you, Steve, for your time and the excellent customer service. We spent at least five hours at the dealership purchasing our car. Not only did they include an add-on in the price that we specifically asked to remove, but when we signed the paperwork, we were also given incorrect financing terms. We asked the finance manager several times whether the loan terms could change, and he assured us that nothing would change except the name of the bank that approved the loan. However, when we returned a few days later to pick up our second key, we were told that the loan had actually been approved by a completely different bank with entirely different terms. The interest rate was higher, and our monthly payment had increased. Only then did they agree to remove the unwanted add-on from the price of the vehicle, but even after that, the monthly payment was still higher than what we had originally been promised. So, if we had never come back to pick up the second key, apparently no one would have called or informed us that our financing terms had changed. We would have found out only when our first payment became due, putting us in a very difficult situation. By then, returning the car would no longer have been an option. That seems like a very convenient position for the dealership. In addition, we were told that the dealership had DMV services on-site and that we would receive our permanent license plates immediately. Instead, we were given temporary tags and told to wait for the permanent plates to arrive by mail. It has now been almost a month, and we are still waiting. Our previous license plates are currently being held by the DMV, and while I’m not sure whether we were given accurate information, my understanding is that when your old plates are on hold with the DMV, those same plate numbers are usually reassigned to your new vehicle. We were told we would receive completely different plates. Again, we still haven’t received anything. At this point, we’ll most likely have to ask the dealership to extend our temporary tags, creating yet another unnecessary inconvenience.

I would not recommend this stealership. First off these “people” wouldn’t give me the price of any of their vehicles. They wanted to know what my monthly payment would be. That is not what I asked them. The second and bigger issue is I inquired on some vehicles back in early march, it is now June and these people still hound me through emails, calls, and texts. I have opted out of their communications and they still reach out to me. If it continues I will be suing them as I have proof of the opt out request and photos of each call, text, and, email. I had already bought a vehicle from a different dealership who actually gave me an out the door price. If you like being harassed then this is the stealership for you! 0/10 service.
