  I had the privilege of having Ms. Selena Catarino as my sales advisor. She was very attentive to me and my fiance, and very helpful! She went above and beyond to get everything situated for us and was so personable! I am so happy this dealership was open sunday to accommodate my work schedule. The financial guy who I signed all the paperwork with was very nice and transparent with every form I signed.

  Selena Catarino was super helpful in helping us find my fiance's dream car!! Very transparent and helpful in the buying process and test drive. She was very friendly, understanding, and facilitated a very easy experience for us, we love our new car!

  I went in for a scheduled service (recall) and my "technician " kept sending me texts about the service. The link wouldn't open, so after sending him 2 different messages that it wouldn't open, he finally came over with recommendations. All I wanted was the recall taken care of. After another 30 minutes I get a text that my car is ready, all the while he's sitting 50ft away from me. I guess if you aren't doing something they can charge you for, they don't provide superior customer service. To top it off, when they reached out about my satisfaction -I gave a low score, so they didn't bother to inquire what the issue was. They only want the good news. If they don't fix what's wrong, they will loose more business than they know!!!

  Desmond Williams is an OUTSTANDING sales person. I bought two Nissans within 6 month from him because of his great customer service. I'm now considering another Nissan purchase just to have all Nissans. Desmond has turned my family into a Nissan family. Hopefully, this review and other positive reviews regarding Desmond's leadership will get back to him from corporate.
