My last Chevrolet purchase at a local dealership left a poor impression on me. I checked online first and found the truck and it was here at Nimnicht Chevy. I figured as long as it wasn't the other place I had a pretty good chance of having a good experience. Next day I had a text on my phone from Travis inviting me to contact him and we could get started on my next Truck. Impressed, I could write a Long review and drone on, but in keeping it short. Yeah, they're there to sell cars. But they're there to make sure you get the vehicle that you want, that fits you and that you're happy with. Every hand you shake, every eye you look into looks back with genuine intent to make sure their customers are well taken care of, their needs listened to and met. Hands down, a great dealership experience.
Best experience ever!!!
So, many of us consumers dread the vehicle shopping experience. Personally, having purchased 6 vehicles during my lifetime from dealerships, there's a whole mental preparation that goes into it.
Well, all that preparation, being ready to negotiate, waiting for the hammer to fall on extra fees, charges, and "playing the game" was for absolutely nothing.
This is, by far, the best dealership I have ever done business with. Our sales associate, Gabe, was laid back, direct, and did everything he could to get the sale done, and done quickly. No haggle, no hassle, no waiting forever in the dealership to try and break me down mentally to pay more.
Andrew in finance, quick and simple. Most of us should know that finance is where dealerships make their money. Pressuring you to buy endless products, warranties, etc.
Not here. Gabe said we'd be in and out. He wasn't lying. We met with Andrew, he presented the products available (because that is his job) and didn't hassle or pressure for anything.
The online price was legit, I even asked for a little more off to balance some things, and immediately got a response of yes.
If you want to purchase a vehicle, I'm telling you, go to Nimnicht.
Great people, great prices, no hassle, no wasting your time!!!!
I took my vehicle in because my steering wheel was locking up while I was driving. The dash displayed a message saying Steering reduced, drive with care. Then it will display service steering system. I was told that the code that came up said to check power voltage and I needed to replace the battery. I advised the tech that I had already replaced the battery last year. I was told that since it was an aftermarket battery it's probably bad and I need to have an original battery from them and they have to replace it they can't just fix the steering issue because they have to start from scratch and that is what it says. I felt like I didn't have a choice so I approved them to change the battery. I picked up my car and got down the street it happened again so I brought the vehicle right back. I was then told that it was the samething and they said it was the steering gear box. Estimate of over 3900. I had already paid over 700 for something I didn't need and I didn't get any of my money back.

I can’t say enough good things about Ryan Santana at Nimnicht Chevrolet. From start to finish, he was prompt, professional, honest, caring, and genuinely thoughtful.
What stood out to me most was Ryan’s honesty. If he didn’t know the answer to one of my questions, he never tried to guess or tell me what I wanted to hear. He simply said, “I don’t know, but I’ll find out,” and he would quickly get me the correct answer. That level of honesty and transparency is something I really appreciated.
Ryan never once pressured us into anything. He made the entire process comfortable and stress-free, and I always felt like he was looking out for us rather than simply trying to make a sale. He truly stands out above the other car salespeople I’ve dealt with.
He also went above and beyond after the sale by personally driving our new Chevrolet Traverse over 200 miles to deliver it to us. That says a lot about the kind of person he is and the level of customer service he provides.
We couldn’t be happier with our new vehicle or with our experience at Nimnicht Chevrolet. If you’re looking for a salesman who is honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about his customers, I highly recommend asking for Ryan. He is the kind of salesman who makes you feel like you’re dealing with a person you can actually trust, not just someone trying to sell you a car.
