    Compared to the countless dealership experiences I've had over the years, shopping for and purchasing a vehicle from Nimnicht was undoubtedly the best. I would like to specifically call out the guy who made it all happen, my sales representative Justin Rodriguez. From the get-go he was friendly, knowledgeable, transparent and very respectful of my time. I was in the middle of a drive from South Georgia to Tampa for an event so was weary of committing myself to the countless hours of haggling, paperwork and wait typically associated with the car-buying process, but my experience at Nimnicht could not have been more different. Not only did Justin get me an excellent deal that I couldn't pass up, but because I was under a time constraint he went above and beyond to make the entire process extremely quick and painless. Even after he closed the deal, he exhibited top notch customer service, making pick-up seamless, staying late to accommodate my scheduling conflicts, and even doing everything he could to help find a solution when I thought I had lost the keys. All that to say, if you are in the market for a new or used car in or around the Jacksonville metro area, I highly recommend heading to Nimnicht Chevrolet and asking for Justin.

    I would just like to say that a friend of mine bought a vehicle from Nimnicht and he was TOTALLY SCREWED, everything leading up to the sale was great...... It was when I actually left with the vehicle that the problem is started, it was like when I left the dealership, the dashboard lit up like a Christmas Tree, I have have the vehicle hooked up and diagnosed that I found out that the $7500 that was paid for the vehicle was nothing in comparison to what I'm potentially going to have to spend to have it fixed. I choose to go to Nimnicht because I had ALWAYS heard good things and that they stood behind their vehicles, new or used, however, everyone we have dealt with since the purchase has basically told her that she's just stuck with what she got..... I feel that this is COMPLETELY UNFAIR and doesn't hold water when compared to all of the good things that we've always heard about Nimnicht......... You guys could definitely do better and definitely should, shame on you!!!!!

    I would love to say something nice but I can’t I just brought a 2024 Nissan Altima on May 11, 2026 Three days after I left the dealer ship the car was making a loud noise in the inside when you turn the ac on I called the dealership back spoke with the guy who sold me the car he told me to take it to service and see if they can help me so I drove around to service the lady was nice enough to come over and listen to it asked me when did we get the vehicle I told her the look on her face was priceless then she said they don’t have anyone at the dealership to diagnose or fix Nissan and she don’t know when they can get me in to look at it I told her this was our only transportation at the time is there anyway we can drop the car off and get a loaner she didn’t know so I left because at this point I’m getting the run around so now I went home an hour drive for nothing!!! So now the car cv joints making a loud noise and the car completely shut down on me I haven’t had the car a month yet and haven’t even made my first payment yet I’ve been calling the dealership getting transferred and hung up on they can help sell a car but can’t help when a customer is having issues after the purchase so fast forward a week now the car has been sitting at beck Nissan in Palatka because apparently they can’t get in contact with anyone about the warranty that’s on the car to get the car fix I only had this car a month and it’s been in the shop for a week and the warranty department still haven’t contacted beck Nissan about the car yet I’m getting the run around and I feel like I deserve my down payment back in full I’ve also contacted the finance department and BBB if I have to take legal actions I will I’m with out reliable transportation

    I recently purchased a vehicle from Nimnich Chevrolet, and while I’m happy with the truck, the dealership experience has been a masterclass in poor communication, incomplete work, and a total lack of follow-through. Paying for Products I Still Don’t Have! During the negotiation, I was paid for accessories package that I have yet to receive. To make matters worse, it has now been over a month since my purchase, and I am still waiting on them to provide me with the full accessories I already paid for. I was guaranteed that the dealership would reach out to me first to coordinate the installation, but that never happened. I had to be the one to chase them down just to get the ball rolling. Incomplete Tinting & Careless Installation! When I finally got them to schedule a service, the work wasn’t even completed correctly. The deal specified that all windows were supposed to be tinted, but they only actually tinted the front two. Furthermore, when they installed the floor mats, the service department didn’t even bother to vacuum the vehicle first; they simply threw the new mats over a dirty, unvacuumed carpet. It has been weeks, and their service department has yet to call me to follow up on this terrible service. No Sales Follow-Up & Zero Accountability! Once the papers were signed, the customer service completely vanished. My salesperson never bothered to call or check in after the purchase. I fully expect that management will respond to this review with a generic template telling me to "contact them to discuss this further." Don't bother. Instead of putting the burden back on the customer to chase you down again, do the right thing: admit your mistakes, take actual responsibility, and either immediately reimburse me for what I paid for or provide me with the products I am owed. The Bottom Line! I strongly do not recommend Nimnich Chevrolet due to their complete lack of follow-up and follow-through. If you value basic professionalism, look elsewhere.

    I have been a part of the Nimnicht family for years and have always raved about how they treat their customers. It has always been my opinion that they were the best at running a successful dealership, while still being able to help their customers based on their individual needs and situation and most importantly, treating all of them, no matter what back ground they come from, fair and with true respect. Well, that was not at all what me and my Fiance experienced on June 6, 2026. I will say this, my Fiance ended up purchasing a truck, after I got up and walked out. The actual deal we got on the truck by itself was a great deal, it was what happened after we had negotiated the price of the truck that everything went bad. I have never been so humiliated, taken advantage of and made to feel so stupid in my life. I pride myself in how I treat others, I believe in God's rule to love one another and my parents taught me that in order to get respect in life you have to give respect and I live my life that way. I am 60 years old and I am retired a 22 year career in the insurance industry and disabled after 6 years in the financial industry, so I do know how to conduct myself and prepare myself when I go to purchase a vehicle and I don't do this just for myself, I do it to help my salesman so that I don't take of a lot of his time, so he can help the next customer. Well, they could have cared less about what I had to say nor did they care that they had us there for 4 hours. I called the day before and told them the truck we were interested in, that we only had an hour to meet with them and could they please have an out the price ready for us when we got there. Well when we got there, the person I was to meet with sent someone else to meet with me, he didn't even have the courtesy to come and meet me and explain, then they had no numbers were ready and when I started trying to negotiate, they looked at me with dead eyes, not hearing a word I said. I got nothing out of them!! No emotion whatsoever, no professional, no respect, absolutely nothing. So, I'm not going to sugar coat it, I lost it. Not just a little, I mean I lost it big time. The way they were looking at me and treating me just hit me the wrong way, I have never been treated like that and they had me in this little cubicle backed in a corner which didn't help. I should be ashamed of myself and I have asked my Lord and Savior for forgiveness but I have to work on regretting it. I had to walk out and I was spewing words and comments that were definitely beneath me and not lady like at all but at the time I really didn't care. Anyway, I am so disappointed and upset over this. I know a lot of people will think I'm overreacting and I really don't care about people's negative opinions. All I know, is that in the world today, it's not the ideal time to make big purchases due to interest rates and payments in relations to the cost of living but unfortunately sometimes we are put in a situation in which we have no choice. As Americans, it use to be that you could rely on that type of service everywhere, well those days are pretty much gone, greed has taken the world by storm. I thought I found some of that integrity at Nimnicht and maybe I did years ago when I bought my first car from them. It's really sad what people will sacrifice, their moral and values, just to have something that end in the doesn't we ven serve a purpose when it comes to true peace and happiness.
