  We have purchased several vehicles here over the past 15 years and it has always been a positive experience. We just purchased a new 2500 and our salesman Harold made the whole process extremely seamless. He was able to facilitate everything over the phone so we only had to come in and sign the papers. He was very knowledgeable on different aspects and truly a pleasure to work with!

  We had such a great experience when buying our car! Everything went very quickly and smoothly! Our salesman, Nick Dunroe was amazing! He helped us find the car we wanted and is continuing to be helpful even after. Next time we buy a car, Nick will be our salesman! Scott, the sales manager, also so helpful! Rylee with Allstate got us a great deal on insurance and she’s going to check for deals every 5 months. Lastly, Julio, the finance manager was very patient and found us the best bank! Thanks so much to everyone for your help! We will for sure buy here again!

  I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this dealership and especially Ty! This dealership is one big family that we became a part of. I had shopped around at several other local dealerships before finding my truck here, and I’m telling you, night and day difference. Everyone we spoke to was so nice, and the whole process was very laid back but extremely efficient. I won’t ever look at another dealership again if I don’t have to and I’ll send any future customers their way. Thanks again for the amazing experience Ty, and the rest of Nimnicht!

  So this is my second time getting my oil changed here and the same thing happened twice. I scheduled my appointment through the app and the price was 97$ without tax, and the first time I got my bill and it was over 125$ and when I asked about it they lowered the price back down to the correct price, and then I go out to my truck and see oil running down the side of my truck and nasty finger prints all over the hood, and then I get into the truck and there is oil on the steering wheel and door panel, I was pretty disappointed but somebody came out and cleaned up the truck for me, fast forward to my next oil change. I arrive and I ask the service advisor (Cameron)about the price and she says 115$ without tax and when I show her the price online she becomes passive aggressive. So I just said do the oil change. Once the oil change was done I asked to speak to a manager about the price just to ask him questions about it, and the manager(Assistant service manager Mario Burgos) yells from across the room “is this about the online price?!” In a loud and aggressive tone and he tells her to just give me the price, and points at me and aggressively says now you know. And then I go out side to find oil smudges on the hood and side of my vehicle. I am so disgusted by the attitude and manner which they treat their customers with, I can’t imagine doing business with them ever again Edit* now after receiving no response, you can tell that this company does not care about customers unless it is a good review. Almost every bad review has something to do with the service department. At this point I will be contacting the FTC about false advertising and misleading advertising

  This was my second time purchasing a vehicle here, and both times, my experience has been absolutely incredible! Antonie was my salesman this time around, and he truly exceeded every expectation. He was communicative, professional, personable, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. I showed him two cars that were my top favorites, and he came back with a third option that literally felt like those two cars had a baby! It was the perfect combination of everything I loved about both, and I immediately fell in love with it. I really appreciated how intentional he was about finding something that felt like the best of both worlds rather than simply selling me a car. Gus in Finance was also incredible to work with again! Since this was my second purchase here, the experience felt familiar, but he still made me feel like a brand new customer and valued every step of the way. Rylee was also amazing in helping me get insurance on my new car & even saved me over $50/month. I will 1000% be back in the future! If you’re looking for a new vehicle, this is definitely the place to go\. Ask for Antonie and Gus, you won’t regret it! ✨
