I recently purchased my second car with Antoine, and once again, he made the entire process quick and easy. He always takes the time to make sure everything is explained clearly and that you're comfortable every step of the way. Antoine truly advocates for his customers and works hard to make the car-buying experience as painless and stress-free as possible. His professionalism, honesty, and dedication are the reason I came back for a second purchase. I highly recommend working with him if you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about his customers and makes the experience enjoyable!

I am disappointed with the lack of support and customer service at this dealership. As a military spouse with three young children and three car seats, and my husband currently deployed, I have zero backup help and this dealership has made it very clear they have no interest in accommodating that reality.
When I brought my car in a few weeks ago, there was no consideration for what a 24–48 hour drop-off would look like for someone in my situation. I had to arrange a rental, and when I tried to use the shuttle service to help manage the logistics, I called and never received an answer or a callback. I ended up having to be dropped off by the rental company myself while hauling all three car seats and my child, because no one could be bothered to return my call.
When I called a few weeks later for a coolant leak, again there was no willingness to accommodate my situation. Additionally, they could not tell me if a rental car would be paid for by GMC for warranty work.
I decided to take my business elsewhere for the coolant leak repair and will continue to do so. What is the point of buying a brand new car from a dealership if they can't provide even basic customer service through the warranty period?
That support is supposed to be part of the new car buying experience. Instead, I've felt completely undervalued and like my time, my circumstances, and my loyalty as a customer simply don't matter to them.
However, I have enjoyed Genesis as my service representative and she is wonderful, highly recommended her if you use their service department.

This is not our first vehicle purchase from Nimnicht Buick GMC, and once again the experience was exceptional. A special thank you to Dmitting Srybnykh for his professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service.

I’ve given this dealership 3 times to make my experience better and each time it becomes worse. Just the last month I bought a 2024 GMC sierra 3500 HD from this dealership and bought all the extra amenities and packages they have including the extended service contract. This was advertised as certified, however one month later I am back in town and finally able to get a service appointment to get my brakes replaced on the front. I wish I noticed at the time of purchase the brakes were only 36% or I would have addressed it then, and that is a lesson learned. I had to jump through hoops to get a loaner vehicle although I was promised I would have a loaner vehicle for every service I needed considering I got the extended service package not only could I not get a call back from my service advisor, but he was extremely rude from beginning to end. I do not like the way he spoke to me or the way he tried to rush me to sign my paperwork that ended up costing over $700 for the front rotors to be replaced a month later. Please don’t goto this dealership. It is unfortunate that they have a few good men working here amongst the other unprofessional employees such as my service advisor Steven Elliott.
Let's start by the service BDC awful service, lady thinks she is having an informal conversation with her friends, didn't know even where my vehicle was located. 1000 service advisors just to come home mid day, want to take your car after 4PM? You will find ONE advisor in the worst day of his life and that's the quality of service you will get. No communication whatsoever, not a single update about my vehicle the WHOLE time it was there!!! Asked to be present during test drives and I personally had to go there because no one could call me, waited for the mysterious service manager, I say mysterious because he is never there. My advisor Cameron was ok, but again I had to ask for communication the whole time, I mentioned a bunch of concerns ONLY one was noted in the RO, after the service I still have the noises that he heard and during the whole test drive he told me it wasn't normal, but stated couldn't replicate in the RO, after the "great service" I still have the noises, and better yet my radio doesn't work now (SARCASM)
