  MB of Orange Park is the Best service dept. I bought the car from a different MB dealer in N. Central Florida - I’ll never go back! The GLA 250 had been a lease - & had Major problems within weeks of my purchase. I had paid it off & bought an extended warranty but couldn’t find a mechanic to fix the engine which was missing & overheating despite the low miles. I had been told it had undergone regular maintenance…WRONG! The oil was filthy & the engine & cabin air filters were full of grease. Andy went out of his way to help me and restore my faith in the brand . He is a professional and just a good guy. Just want to give a shout out to Thank the owners of Mercedes of OP for hiring good people.

  Had an Amazing Experience with Mercedes Representative Dietrick Glover. Dietrick went out of his way to accommodate and be there for us in every step in our search for the right Vehicle and the needed services that fit our lifestyle. With my tight schedule he made it a priority to provide everything we needed and extras. I appreciate and applaud the management and staff at the Mercedes Fields dealership on Blanding Blvd. For all their assistance in making this possible.

  I took my A220 in for my 25,000 miles service and never received any communication from the service advisor, Rodney. I had to call the service department to get a status on the car. No phone call or text to tell me the car was ready for pick-up. Took the car back two days later to be rechecked and once again, no communication from Rodney. My husband and I picked up my A220 and decided Mercedes is no longer a brand we want to support . Mercedes Orange Park, you lost a customer and I am no longer interested in your brand or services. I traded in my Mercedes today and now the proud owner of a 2026 Lincoln Navigator from Ford/Lincoln Nation. Your service advisor, Rodney needs to take a page out of Jack’s book over at the Lincoln dealership. So much for your so called customer service. You lost a customer for life and I don’t plan on looking back!

  When I bought my pre-owned car I purchased a service to protect the finish on my car and fix small dings and scratches. I took my vehicle in to repair 5 scratches and the service was even better than the finance manager had told me. I was given a 2026 loaner car while the work was being done and my service representative stayed in touch with me on its status. My car was done in about 10 days and all scratches had vanished. Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Orange Park - Fred, Sam and Zarinea

  Mercedes-Benz on Blanding Blvd. serviced my car on 4/22. I drove it there from Georgia (2 hours away) to get an oil change. Then they suggested I need a transmission flush, brakes and front right wheel replacement and a few other things. No mention of an alternator. I agreed to the transmission flush ($800+). I drove my car back home without any problems. On 04/23. I didn’t drive my car all day. On 4/24, I drove my car to work (12 miles away) the “see owners manual” light, battery light, and stop vehicle light all came on within 5 minutes of driving. It shut off and wouldn’t start. I called to report the issues that I was having and they suggested I bring the car back or they could have it towed. Now, it’s “you may need an alternator ($1500+). If I didn’t need an alternator when you had my car for four hours, why do I need one now. I feel like that are trying to run up a $5k bill. My car was working just fine before they serviced it.
