Sometimes there is an experience totally superior to all others. Purchasing our latest vehicle from Mercedes Benz - Orange Park, and specifically from Nitin "Nick" Amin, was just such an experience.
From the moment we first met Nick through delivery and our first lessons with all the new tech, everything was flawless and easy.
Buying a new vehicle is a real effort of research, visiting dealerships, meeting numerous salespersons, test drives, evaluating pros/cons, and ultimately a final selection. Throughout our time with Nick at MB-Orange Park, every element was relaxing, educational and just plain enjoyable.
Because we are very particular people and this would be one of our very final cars ever purchased, once Nick helped us decide on the best match (GLE450 Coupe), we used the Configurator to design the exact car we wished to own so it could be ordered. But within 24 hours, Nick found us one at another dealership (all the way in Ohio) that matched our goals precisely!
Delivery was spectacular; Nick spending a lot of personal time with us explaining the numerous features of this new gen of vehicles.
Vicki and I could not be more pleased with the entire process, the incredible help Nick was throughout, and the wonderful other persons we met at MB-OP. Sam Oh was a huge help as we opted to finance thought Mercedes (our genuine appreciation and thanks) and Alex Shelver, Sales Manager, was always there just to be sure everything was always perfectly on track, which it was.
Bravo to the entire team there and a special shout out to Nick, salesperson extraordinaire! Go buy your next car from him - you'll thank us for the recommendation :-)

The customer service is exceptional. I immediately felt welcomed in the dealership and not once did I feel pressured to buy. Instead, Fred followed me around and was patient with me while I looked at and test drove multiple vehicles. I felt so special taking my car off the showroom floor with a red carpet experience.
The maintenance facility is top notch as well. Mike, was very helpful and professional. The mechanic even sent me a video of my vehicle and showed me everything that was perfect with my car.
Buying here was simple, quick and easy. The people who work there take great pride in what they do. You will be treated like family and given the best customer service.

I had a really good experience overall with the service at Mercedes-Benz. The customer service was outstanding, and I appreciated that they offered breakfast and lunch while customers wait, which was a nice touch.
My only downside was the wait time my service took almost 3 hours, which was longer than I expected. I also wasn’t aware that they offer rides home and back while your vehicle is being serviced. If I had known that beforehand, I definitely would have chosen that option instead of waiting at the dealership the entire time.
Overall, great service and hospitality, but better communication about customer transportation options upfront would make the experience even better.
