  Recently bought a pre-owned Prius from this location. I was excited to find it, and surprised it was at the Mercedes-Benz dealership. Everything went exceptionally well. The process ran fairly smooth. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. Yasmin, Dean and Brittany made the buying of the car hassle free. Definitely will be back for my next purchase.

  My wife was headed back home to Griffin Georgia and was on the Golden hour Parkway in Brunswick Georgia when she had a flat tire on her E350 like Tuesday evening called call roadside and they took the car down to Mercedes of Jacksonville and I called down there and was able to talk to Allison. She said a service advisor would talk to me the next day Camille gave me a call The next morning she had already had the tire looked at it needed a new tire. After with her, I knew I was in good hands. She let me know that on Friday morning they would be delivering the car back to Brunswick. Over the years I’ve dealt with service department, and I must say that this was my very best experience that I’ve had. Camille took care of me And she made me a very satisfied Mercedes owner and the young men that delivered car very nice and respectful Thanks agin Camille, you made our Fourth of July weekend great

  Lobby was spotless, breakfast amazing, had few issues with batteries that needed replacement so my car won’t be available until Tuesday and even before this info, pretty much an hour after get in, Jonathan offered me a car so I could do my own things instead of be stuck in there. Things happen, but im very satisfied with everything so far. Not to mention, my car will be dropped off at my house. Great Job.

  Recommended I replace spark plugs that were replaced 2 weeks before. Charged $285 twice for diagnostics, even though I had partially repaired (the full repair quoted included spark plugs and would have cost more than the car is worth). They were also incredibly hard to get on the phone for some reason after texts and voicemails being sent out from my end and didn’t give clear explanation of what was happening. I would rather strap a v8 to my bicycle than ever get my car serviced here again. Legitimately stealing money - stay away!

  We have been part of the Fields family for about 5 years, and there isn't another automotive group that can compare to their excellence. Most reviews address the sales, service or parts department. We want to take a moment to recognize the excellent customer service and food provided, to their customers, by the chefs (Heather and Gerrick) at the Mercedes Café. We were there yesterday, and I had THE BEST BREAKFAST SANDWICH, I've ever had. The Summer Brisket Breakfast Sandwich was phenomenal, a great addition to their already great menu. So if no one else takes the time to publicly say it, know that we really appreciate you both. Thank you for taking such great care of us whenever we're there and for introducing me to my new favorite sandwich.
