  Mark Zoukan was great! He gave us a full tour of the facility, showed us where the waiting room was, and made sure we were comfortable with snacks and everything we needed. He was very nice, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire experience. He also followed up with me twice before and after my appointment and kept me informed on what was going on with my sales process. His communication and customer service truly stood out and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

  The group of professionals at Mercedes Benz of Jacksonville were incredible. I first spoke with Stewart who connected me with Dalton to schedule a diagnosis check. Everything this was coordinated from the start. Once the inspection was complete, I received a very detailed explanation with video quickly followed up by a detailed estimate. Once approved, the service was completed quickly and I was notified. I received my vehicle back in perfect working condition - and clean! Stewart and Dalton have both reached out afterward to confirm all was good. This was my first experience with MB of JAX, but it will not be the last. This group of professionals have earned a very loyal customer in me.

  Had a super smooth purchase with these folks. Sinan went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met on my purchase, and just when you thought that was enough, he went even further and got my personal vehicle cleaned up as well. They accommodated every need I could imagine and then some. Jess also made the most tiresome part, finance, feel like a breeze. Everyone there is super friendly and willing to help in every way possible. Highly recommend and thank you all for making my experience one to remember! 🙏

  My wife and I were traveling from Washington DC to Tallahassee for a visit with family. We were leaving Savannah and we had a light come on then dash. It was telling us that our GLE was overheating. The gauges read fine but we didn’t want to chance it. After a quick conversation with MB in tally ( who told us they couldn’t look at our vehicle for 2 weeks) we decided Jacksonville was our best option. We called and connected with a person on the phone an within minuets we had an appointment scheduled. Once we figured out that we’d actually be there an hour and a half earlier we called back and they accommodated us. We got there and were met with the friendly staff who escorted us to the waiting area this is where we met Steve. He had our car diagnosed, serviced and washed within hours and we were back on the road!! So thankful we stopped at this MB location! Their hospitality is top notch and service is on point! I want to also point out that because we were tracking we had our dog with us. No wired stares and a lot of the staff actually came in and visited with her. If we ever move back to Tallahassee, we’d take the trip to MB of Jacksonville to service our car!! Thank you all for making this long trip a bit easier!

  Hands-down the B E S T customer service I have received from the moment I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Dean, who ended up selling me my car. This outstanding service experience continued with Jorgos, who assisted us with the financing portion, to Julia, who arranged for a loaner and scheduled for my car to receive the CilaJet treatment and window tinting asap, to Debbie, who delivered my car back to me in perfect condition. Each Mercedes employee went above and beyond to accommodate us. They were all so professional, kind, and followed through with every request. I truly can’t imagine anyone having a more positive experience from another dealership. Thank you for making my car buying experience so fabulous!
