Mavis on Beach Blvd is our shop, we have used them to fix our Volkswagen Tiguan. Our first experience was the Tiguan needed a water pump replacement, they were great on communication and did a great job. Never fun paying the bill but better than going to the stealership and felt the Mavis staff was completely honest with us. Next visit was to have them replace our breaks and two front balding tires, again just a great, honest experience. Today we needed a new battery and we use Advanced Auto across the street for the battery replacement as it was still under warranty, BTW Advanced Auto is great as well, even though there is an Oreilly's and Auto Zone nearby we only use Advanced. The issue with the VW and maybe most modern cars is the car has to reprogrammed that a new battery was installed to let the computer adjust the alternator, Advanced Auto Parts didn't have the tool for reprogramming so we went across the street to our Mavis shop and met with Jose. He was great, got us in right away and had Aaron the tech to reprogram the computer- we were there maybe 10-15 minutes and best of all didn't charge us. It's great service like this that we remain loyal to Mavis on Beach Blvd. Everyone we have met has been extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Would highly recommend Mavis!

On our way home from church on Sunday the panel underneath our car that protects the engine came loose and was scraping the highway. We stopped at a restaurant to catch our breath while the engine cooled down and I could decide what to do next. The restaurant owner suggested Mavis Tire which was close to where we were. We took it there and we were in and out quickly and the protector was safely back in place. It was my first experience with Mavis but it definitely won't be the last. They were awesome! Thanks Aaron for taking such good care of us.
